A fantastic service from start to finish. Early appointments to measure the bathroom and go through the various options were very comprehensive and we were regularly updated every step of the process. The few problems that came up were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Kevin, who came in to do the fitting, was brilliant and I really can't praise him highly enough. The quality of his work is excellent and he was very aware of the needs of our household during the process - he even made friends with our excitable dogs. There was a lot of unanticipated work required to prepare the walls for the panels and Kevin kept us fully informed on what needed doing and why. When we found that the positioning of the toilet would restrict access to the walk-in tub and that the tub would have to be moved a few feet, Kevin arranged the building of a small cupboard to cover the pipes and make use of the otherwise dead space. We're incredibly pleased with our new bathroom and highly recommend Accessibility Bathrooms.

Having ordered our new shower room, we were a little apprehensive in the run-up to Installation Day! After all, to spend so much money simply from a catalogue, and the advice from the friendly salesman, suddenly seemed to be a huge risk - we had seen no examples of the company's work or spoken to any customers!

However, Adrian turned up on the commencement day and soon set to work, single-handed, to turn our old bathroom into a beautiful new accessible shower room, all in the space of 5 days. He worked solidly through each day, most days until early evening. There was never any mess around - we were very impressed by his standard of work. Unfortunately there were two 'snags', one of which was a manufacturer's mistake, but both were rectified quickly by Adrian on a return visit.

Our shower room is definitely a transformation - we are delighted with it and it has been much admired by our family. An often repeated comment has been regarding the quality of all the fitments, and very good value for the money. We feel much safer using it rather than what we had before.
