A big thank you to Jack Trueman who helped us overcome various issues. We were using Access as a new user and Jack was able to guide us through challenges with eDD page set up and the amendments to our fees and payment dates. Jack was very patient and knowledgeable, we have learnt a lot about the system and how everything works going forward.

Access Paysuite helped us write a payment integration for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and from start to finish they were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The project started with a scoping meeting to ensure our aims were realistic and we were approaching the integrations in the most efficient way to meet our objectives. The project itself was run by Nathaniel B and Steve G who offered fantastic project and technical support throughout the different stages ensuring that our key deadlines and deliverables were met. We were very pleased with the end result which is testament to the work of the project team – thank you.

Sophie and the team were responsive, helpful and extremely patient ensuring that I was able to understand and complete an important piece of work. All my interactions with Access Paysuite have been of such a high standard and I would highly reccomend their services.

We needed to update our eDD form and auto-acknowledgement, which I was struggling to do. Lorand Szazi and Christy Buckingham were both absolutely brilliant and got it all sorted really quickly - and were super friendly too. Thank you both

Our account manager, Miron Koprev, proactively support our renewal process and was first class throughout the negotiations. He made sure that we received what we needed to make the correct decisions and was very supportive and understanding to our needs.

The order of contact preference on our DD website needed changing. We raised a ticket and Zoltan Dukai responded fairly quickly, asking to confirm answers to some data protection questions? Once I did, he came back withing mns to confirm all was done, which allowed us to get on with our work without having to chase.

Sam Potter is our Account Manager and does a sterling job in keeping in contact with me regarding upgrades, issues and queries etc. He usually responds with 24 hours and is very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to the next 6 months and working with Sam and the implementation team on upgrading to the cloud based income management software.

Joe Ashdown is really great to work with and I appreciate all the help he gives. We have regular meetings and in between if I have a issue he is there right away.

Recently I required help for upcoming fundraising campaign, multiple requests of different kinds. Angie Lee handled it like a wizard, she split the tasks and assigned each of the piece to relevant team, kept me updated about the progress and expectations. Her team completed everything flawlessly and rapidly. It is always a pleasure to see such a professionals at work!

Just over 5 years ago we started our relationship with Access PaySuite.

After setting up a new product and finding the experience refreshingly easy in comparison to others - when we were given a short termination deadline by another provider we migrated our entire Direct Debit management to EazyCollect! Then we migrated our entire User Management system from one provider to another which required reconnection to all our Payment systems... and then migrated it all again from the then EazyCollect systems to the current ECM3!

The team helped us move a complex solution multiple times and made us feel like a VIP customer at every step each time. Daunting time constricted tasks that sometimes took months to complete were made a much less stressful experience knowing we were switching with a team of experts each of them with wide knowledge of their own suite of products, technical understanding of each and it's relationship to BACs, understanding the financial constraints of a company in the Gaming industry and each with the ability to provide a great customer service at all times.

For as long as I can remember Mel Sutherland, our current Customer Success Manager, has been supporting us. She was on our onboarding calls, was available at times for daily sprint-like calls during large projects, always has a positive outlook even when we are proposing crazy plans and is always just a message away!

We have quarterly scheduled reviews but I almost always need to reach out to her in-between and I think she enjoys the challanges we constantlty present!

Over the years so many of the team have interacted with us but I would also like to mention Joe Carr who, when things start getting a little overly Technical, is always happy to jump in and help steer us.

Lucy Brownbridge is only the latest in a long line of exceptional customer service representatives from Access PaySuite (formerly SmartDebit). We've used them for years and stayed with them because they've always been responsive, considerate and proactive.

We were migrated across Access' portals and the customer service and assistance was all brilliant. Lucy Brownbridge was particularly helpful.

The team that we work with at APS are always knowledgeable and available to help understand any quirk that has been thrown up by customer payments.

My firm has worked with Smart Debit and now Access Paysuite for 6+ years. Joe has been our relationship manager for more than a year now and he has continued to maintain the excellent level of service and responsiveness that we have become accustomed to throughout.

The onboarding team led by Jo Brennan at Access Suite is excellent. They are always really helpful and respond very promptly to any queries or issue that we might have.

I would recommend any business to Jo and the team Access Suite.

I contacted Access about DD. My sales contact was Connor White, he was easy to deal with, friendly, efficient and fast at getting info to me. Made the initial research phase a pleasure and handed me over to On-boarding within a week. Great service and appreciated. I will follow up with Onboarding review later.
