I have an existing account with Smart Debit so was transferring payers from one account to the new one. This process was well managed by the team at Smart Debit, with little involvement from me. Good efficient service.

HI the smart debit service is great. BUT can you stop sending surveys on how did we do ????? this must be the forth piece of info you have asked for about how smart debit online chat went. I don't do surveys as a rule, but you have worn me down and i need to ask you to take me off you list of people to ask......

I've been so impressed with SmartDebit in all my dealings with them. DD collections have run smoothly, their portal is easy to use and their customer service is second to none - they always respond really quickly, are super friendly and really helpful. Absolutely deserving of five stars!
