Had a really solid experience with Accommodation.co.uk from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and whenever I messaged or called, someone got back to me quickly. It made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

They found good tenants faster than I expected and kept me in the loop the whole way through. No hidden costs, no confusing steps — just a smooth, straightforward service. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to other landlords.

As a landlord I've been with the company for a few years. Just been allocated a new property manager, Omer, who is excellent. Answers all my questions prompt and with solutions where appropriate. Wasn't sure I was going to stay with the company but will definitely continue with them now.

I had a very disappointing experience letting a flat in central London. The first tenants were very good with no issues - we had a very good manager Richard who communicated very effectively and was extremely helpful. Things went south after the first 2 years when Richard moved on, the local agent struggled to find tenants and the communication was non-existent with no interim inspections undertaken. The tenants failed to report a leak which led to a repair of thousands of pounds. Even though the agent asked the original tenants to pay for a professional carpet clean when they left (and it looked fine) they failed to ask the same of the next tenants who left the flat in a dirty state and I had to pay £500 for professional cleaning. Missing furniture was also not noted on the check out report. I have continued to receive demands for unpaid council tax and utility bills from when they lived there and the whole experience has been very upsetting. I would never use them again.

Dan was a great agent- from initial inquiry to arranging the viewings there was great communication (responsive and efficient). Great showing of property very informative

Arranged a house viewing , had a text and email to confirm.. waited at the property for 40 mins , no one turned up.
Rang and emailed the office multiple times. They could be bothered to get back to me .. then I got a email 20 mins after I left saying thank you for attending your viewing . Absolute joke

After choosing a time slot they had provided for viewing , no confirmation email from their side even after the viewing date. I have mailed them back regarding this, no reply. Today morning they have called me back and when I was telling them all this..they literally hang up the call, which I think is not professional at all.

I have 2 fully managed lets, but even so this company has to be closely supervised at all times. I've been hugely overcharged for repairs, and they tried to increase the percentage charge after I'd contracted with them only a few months earlier.
In September, one of my properties became available for re-let. I was assured the house would be marketed, and I waited for developments as it's an attractive family home in a nice area with a fair rent. Nothing happened, and the agent contacted me saying there'd been no interest and would I like to reduce the price? I checked all the main marketing websites, and guess what? It hadn't been advertised at all. I pointed this out and the agent corrected it. There were several offers made within just hours. Wouldn't you have thought the agent would think it odd and chase it up herself? The new tenants moved in, and new letting fees were correctly deducted by this firm. But when I checked the invoice, I found I'd also been charged for the cleaning fees which we'd agreed would come out of the previous tenants' deposit!
I've awarded an extra star for the speed and efficiency with which the cleaners were sent in over a weekend, after the delay caused by the marketing debacle.
I'm not saying a flat 'don't use this agency', but you must be prepared to keep a close eye on them.

Chelsea was very helpful and highly responsive throughout our tenancy. Always willing to offer a hand or point you in the right direction with any issue.

I’ve had such a great experience with my housing manager, Chelsea. She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need help. Chelsea goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly - from maintenance requests to general communication, she’s always on top of it. It’s so refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work.

Dan Butcher was incredibly efficient and very professional in finding a tenant for our property. He was easy to work with and did everything he said he would, while being flexible enough to allow us to play our part in choosing our tenant.
