Used the website to make a purchase. Was easy to navigate and use. Making the purchase was simple and secure, and the delivery was when it was meant to be.
The watch itself is a classic, timeless (no pun intended) design. The quality is higher that the cost suggests. Haven't had the watch that long, yet showing to be a worthwhile purchase. Glad I made this purchase :-)

Avoid this company...
I purchased a watch as a 40th Birthday gift in Nov 2024. After 3 months of usage it stopped working. I was sent a replacement watch in Feb 2025 and it again stopped working after 3 months of usage! Tried to contact them multiple times but they ignoring my requests and emails. AVOID this company if you want to get good quality watch that doesnt stop working after 3 months!!

The shipping and refund process was easy to deal with.
The watch itself looked nice, but the quality was not as expected. One of the screws holding the links together was loose and kept slipping out, therefore I returned the watch.

Very good company to deal with
Very good company to deal with. Unfortunately I had to return a beautiful watch as I have very skinny wrists and looked too big on me. They never charged for return postage which is unusual nowadays and greatly appreciated. Refund back extremely swiftly. I would recommend this brand and company to anyone looking for a good value watch.
