High quality watch.
I bought Accurist Everyday 74010 on line. Looks great, high quality finish, with the blue leather strap. Also chose the metal bracelet as the free strap, and that looks great on the watch too. Excellent value for money: it has the looks of a far more expensive watch.

It was my 40th Birthday present
We have contacted you 4 times via your web portal.
We have also sent an email and called your customer services.
The watch was purchased for my 40th birthday and has stopped working for a second time - we ant a full refund.
We are also formally requesting a DSAR under the DPA 2018. You have told us on the phone you sent emails (which I have not received) your customer services adviser also insinuated we were lying on a phone. I would like proof that you sent the emails to the correct address and a copy of the call where we were belittled by your colleague and told I would receive an email straight away, which has not arrived AGAIN.
You have made my partner feel terrible. You have brought her to tears. You have twice supplied me with a faulty product. You have ignored our complaints 4 times.
Your websites states "At Accurist we believe it’s about time there was a premium, British brand accessible to all. An extraordinary watch, delivering quality at an affordable price" This is rubbish. There is no quality, and you are not accessible what so ever!!
