WILL NOT GIVE PAC CODE - Having ported my two mobile numbers to them, and found out how terrible their fone system is, I want to move to another provider, but THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY PAC CODES!!!!! The government MANDATED number 65075 to get your PAC code does not work, and when you chase them them come back with all manner of rubbish such as "use this pin code with your new provider: 00000" or "the PAC code is not required now as we have accepted the number port out request from our end" when I have NOT initiated a port out requestions because a) i have not decided on the new provider and b) I DONT HAVE THE PAC CODE TO INITIATE A PORT OUT REQUEST!!!!!!!!
Their reply is as vacuous and empty as their support. Their words are cheap, their actions deeply lacking

When you requested for porting, our team asked you to text ‘PAC’ to 65075; for some reason, you were receiving an error and did not receive the PAC code. This contributed to the delay—we understand how frustrating that can be. Again, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

Mo (the engineer) took me through the onboarding process confidently well. He is a very gentleman, knows the system very well, and was able to convince me fully on the choice of Acefone VoiP system. The whole process from contact to finish was swift and Acefone is highly recommended for anyone that needs this phone and communication system. I find that it's much esier to use than that of my previous provider, has more features and therefore, more value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks Mo.
