Beth at Acre Pharmacy has been outstanding in every interaction and absolutely deserves a 5‑star review. Her communication is always clear, proactive and friendly, turning complex prescription and delivery issues into something straightforward and stress‑free.
She consistently goes the extra mile: double‑checking addresses, adding detailed notes for the pharmacy, arranging replacements and collections promptly, and keeping me fully updated at every stage.
Beth pairs professionalism with genuine kindness and a strong patient‑first attitude, and I feel very fortunate to have her supporting my patients’ care.

Wouldn’t use anywhere else!
I only use Acre as their prices are great and their customer service is excellent - you can always speak to one of their helpful team (you’re not on hold for ages or have a million options to navigate through) they are always happy to help and iron out any issues there and then. Delivery is always prompt too and on the odd occasion there is a delay they let you know.
