This is definitely my preferred pharmacy to use for my regular medications - they are reliable and trustworthy in my experience.
As much as I'd love to, I can't give a full 5 stars though because I really dislike the payment system - as a software engineer, it feels badly made (especially on mobile) and potentially insecure so I get anxiety every time I put in my card details. I'd much rather have a link to google pay or similar and I'm also not keen on the delivery address confirmation email dance

We have sent these payment links for the last 6 years and have processed 1000's of payments. I can assure you that the payment links we use are secure, safe and that all of your sensitive information is protected.
Over the last few months we have been making the final tweaks to our online platform - Gowello, which will help streamline the payment and delivery address confirmation process.
We have started going live and have received very positive feedback so far. Once we are confident it can meet the needs of all of our patients we can look to offer this to more patients.

Late delivery and unreliable services
I made the payment and confirmed my delivery address on a Friday on the promise that the medicine would be delivered the following Monday. It did not arrive! I called the customer service on the Tuesday and was told the package had never been dispatched for some reason. The package was only delivered two days later than what had been pledged, when I needed the medicine very urgently. Can this pharmacy be more serious about its services?! It's the patient's life and health at stake.

Reliability and responsiveness
For the last few years I have used Pharmazon on a regular basis to order ADHD medications. They have always been reliable, fast, accurate and they offer incredibly easy-to-use ordering and payment systems. I have never had a problem with my order, or experienced a glitch in their systems. Excellent service, guaranteed reliability.

Paid for my prescription and nothing…
Paid for my prescription and nothing was sent until I called to dispute. They then said I didn’t pay according to their system but I had receipts. This took 5 days. Then was promised medication would be delivered the next day before 9am - medication didn’t arrive until after 11 so ended up having to reschedule a flight even though I informed them I needed my medication urgently!

When working properly a good service
When working properly, pharmazon is great to have my meds delivered to my door without the faff, and they come quickly after ordering. However multiple times after ordering I either haven’t received the email to pay or it has been completely missed off my order. Once I rung they were helpful and got it sent out as soon as possible so I’m happy with customer service but having to ring multiple times to fix medication not arriving when needed cause unnecessary stress and me being without meds when needed. Would still recommend just be prepared to occasionally give them a ring and check your order goes through. Also the website is difficult to pay at the end as every time there seems to be a faulty button to pay.
