Rachel is the property manager of my flat and the flat opposite and she has been so great and supportive throughout my stay. She responds to emails and issues quickly and jumps to fix them and sort them out immediately. I can talk to her about any issue whether it’s small or big and she will make sure it’s addressed properly. The service she has provided and keeps providing is excellent.

I recently need to find a new room for my work place. I had the pleasure of working with Acre Properties, and I must say, the experience far exceeded my expectations.

Acre Properties is a great letting-agency. I have rented with them in the middle of Covid and had a good experience with them, which is why I thought to go with them again this year. They are very professional and responsive and highly understanding of personal circumstances. I have had different property managers to deal with, most recently Ben. I am living outside of London now but will certainly consider renting with them again when I come back to the city. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a decent place to stay, predominantly in West and South West London.
