Stay away from this company!
They started a job at my home which proved to be a total disaster. Their work was terrible and all well documented. They admitted it was faulty and incomplete but instead of returning to rectify, they ran off with the money.
Stay away and report to relevant authorities/trading standards!

Another company that wriggles away from its obligations. Not to be recommended at all.

I ordered a system that wasn’t the ‘Rolls Royce’ initially offered but one that was still expensive yet cheaper, as recommended and quoted for by another reputable company (I have since used). ACS matched the other company’s price.

I acknowledged that the system was ‘lesser’, in the same way that a 1.3 litre car might perform less well than say a more expensive and higher specced 2.0 litre car, BUT both cars get you safely, efficiently and comfortably from A to B. The lesser system I bought still cost 10k, so how much lesser is that?

ACS state the following:

The wording (versus the system they recommended) in our emails was a little muddied as it states the unit will work harder and be less efficient to get the temperature down. Unfortunately this is not the case as the heatload is 5kw calculated and a 3.5kw unit will not cover the heat gain at peak times.

Note that they still maintain the system WILL work, but just has to ‘work harder’ - fair enough for the considerable difference in price they wanted to charge (ie. Even more than 10K). They never said the system won’t work…which unfortunately is precisely what has happened with the installation they willingly supplied for £10,000, to cool just 2 bedrooms. (This being the so called cheaper system).

Needless to say when the heatwave hit us this year, we closed bedroom curtains, shut (double glazed) windows and left the unit for 8 hours resulting in a drop from 24 C to 23 C. When we called out their own engineer he said that the unit supplied was simply unable to do the job.

ACS will not put this right without charging for a new system.

So, a company that will not stand behind its products, holds itself out to provide great service and capability, providing seriously expensive systems, yet delivers systems that don’t work at a huge price and just….. walks away.

Brilliant company and really helpful! We are using one of their air con units in one of our sets on a BBC/ITV TV show. Chaz in particular was so nice and accommodating! Would highly recommend

Very good workmanship by ACS in installing the water cooled air conditioning system. The engineers were polite, did an excellent job when installing the units and left the place clean and tidy. The price is not cheap as this is not a standard air conditioning system. Yearly maintenance charges come on top but ACS keeps this lower than other comparable companies which is another key reason why we went with them.

Mark and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional when installing our air conditioning. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Mark, Les and the team were great. The price was very competitive, the service was excellent, they really know their stuff and have fitted a system which works excellently. The job ended up being bigger than originally anticipated, but they delivered on time and to budget. If your looking for a water cooled system I highly recommend calling them

12 April 2022. Was promised "whisper quiet" operation for my residential installation, but the air conditioner they installed is by far the noisiest one I've ever encountered. No-one in my household can sleep while the unit is on, and these guys refused to fix it even within the first 12 months of their own warranty.

UPDATE: 3 November 2023. Court hearing awarded me 30% refund of the original purchase price + court fees for these guys breaching consumer rights in refusing to rectify under warranty unacceptable noise levels caused by "Aspen mini blue silent pump" that was in fact much noisier than other alternatives available.

From first to last Mark provided excellent service and communication. He Fitted the Parkair system sorting out the problems involved with an 11 year old south facing retirement apartment. It has greatly improved the comfort of living here.
I would thoroughly recomend ACS for both price and product.

I'm very happy with ACS and the Parkair system they installed. Their quote was competitive, their engineers were professional and efficient, and their carrying out and making-good of the building works needed as part of the installation was neat. I've been using the system for three weeks now, and it works well. There was quite a long lead time (which they did warn me about, giving an accurate installation date right at the outset), but I guess that's what you get for ordering an aircon installation in the height of summer! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ACS.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. All the guys were lovely, tidy and did an amazing job. When things didn’t go according to plan (my beams were going the wrong way), they came up with an alternative and made it look amazing. Cannot recommend enough!

The guys at ACS were great - after researching several companies across London to understand the lay of the land, it was clear that the most reputable and knowledgeable were the ACS team, they helped with an on-site survey and have extensive experience in the industry and do it all at a reasonable and competitive price.

ACS delivered and installed system on schedule as promised. Mark and team are professional, friendly and have done a very good job. System works very well so far. Can definitely recommend.

Mark, Les and the All Comfort Solutions team are professional, understand their trade, easy to work with and overall competitive in price. The product they use (Parkair) in my opinion for air conditioning without external condenser is possibly the best solution available in the market.

ACS installed a water cooled air conditioning unit in my flat. The team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation, and I am very happy with the finished product. The system works effectively and has managed to cool my flat to a liveable temperature. I was a little nervous, not knowing much about how this system would work, but the ACS team explained all details of the system ahead of the installation and completed a site visit to ensure that my property would be suitable for the system. Would definitely recommend!

Mark and his team at All Comfort Solutions were tasked with a herculean job of having to decommission a malfunctioning 15 year-old, six unit water-cooled air con system in a Grade 2 listed South Kensington flat during the middle of August’s heat wave . Working in an extremely cramped and excessively hot crawl space , Mark and his team completed the job on time and on budget.
The new system designed by Mark is only 30% of the size of the previous system and significantly more efficient in cooling power and costs of operation. Needless to say, we are delighted with the job and will consider Mark for our corporate redevelopment projects and have already recommended All Comfort Solutions for our daughter’s town home , also a listed building in South Ken. Mark and his team have been doing the maintenance of my A/C and underfloor heating system in my apartment for the past 2 years. We had several hiccups due to the system being old and presenting faults. However Mark and his team are always on point, and work hard to resolve the issues. Health and safety are prominent given the current covid environment. Also the team is always on time, and reachable via phone. I am pleased and I will continue to use ACS for the maintenance of my home system.
