I purchased a home car charger that was installed on the 14th of August 2025, as part of the contract the appointed electrician was obliged to provide a formal safety cert and test record to verify compliance. He assured me he would send within 2 weeks, no documents were provided and since that date I have called and emailed the support team numerous times. Each time I was told they are 'in the post', then it changed to 'the electrician is a sub contractor and we are finding it difficult to get a response', to numerous empty promises about escalating to senior mangement. I still havent received the documents which means (1) I have no certification or compliant charger (2) unable to apply for grant from SEAI. The Actavo support team are very poor, they provide responses that are not true or make promises to call back or follow-up and never do. Its been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I advise anyone to use a local small contractor and keep clear of Actavo

I initially got three quotes for an eV charger installation and Activo were the best by far.
Martin, the manager, was training in Dan (who did a great job) , arrived and completed the installation in a very efficient and professional manner. They were both very friendly and polite and I would recommend them, as my 5 stars indicates.

Great service from start to finish!
I was getting overwhelmed with EV charger options till I got through the Actavo. All my questions were answered, process explained and decision made simple. Technician Alan confirmed time a day before, arrived and finished on time, job done neatly. I had an issue after the first charge which was addressed instantly and fallowed up afterwards, even tho it all turned out to be my fault.

Staff were polite & efficient, installation was quick even in the rain! All information given at the end of the installation, could not fault the service.

The electrician, Alan, arrived at the time he said he would. He advised as to the best location of the charger and explained clearly all the different components. His work was very neat and tidy and he completed the installation in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the work and would highly recommend Actavo.

Had a home EV charger installed in May and couldn't be happier. From start to finish the process was very easy. The team were very efficient and explained the steps involved and explained which charger would suit me best based on my situation. The installer was excellent and very knowledgeable and, left my property very clean after the install. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family. 5 Star experience from start to finish!!

Charger installed neatly and professionally. My installer went the extra mile. Delighted to have it in place now.

Rude company they like to park there vans and go off on holiday, anywhere they like causing accidents spoke to customer service and they like to swear at people avoid as all cost

I recently had an EV charger installed by Actavo, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The process was smooth from start to finish, they were efficient, great communication, prompt scheduling, and very professional throughout.

A special thanks to the electrician Martin Foy, who went above and beyond. He was punctual, friendly, and very experienced. Martin took the time to explain everything and made sure the installation was neat and tidy. It’s great to see such high standards of workmanship and customer care.

I would highly recommend Actavo and if you get Martin on the job, you’re in excellent hands!

Planning, booking and install of my car charger was straightforward and processed in good time.
Charger is neat and tidy and working well. There was a slight complication on the day of install but a solution was worked out and sorted straight away. Overall happy.

APPALLING. The most inept, unorganised, hopeless, and infuriating group of people on Earth. Have managed to not successfully fix my sky tv 17 times. Finally exploded at Sky today and demanded out of my contract. Because of their contracted 'engineers' (who got their training at TEMU). AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very helpful and easy to follow information from sales team to engineer that installed. Very happy with service. I would recommend
