Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service - best. Needed to exchange an item for a larger size, replacement arrived so quickly, and before my returned item will have been received. No complicated paper work.

Received 1 item while I ordered 2 items (edit: received both)

I have ordered 2 Connelly Neo Slalom Water Ski bags. I paid for the shipment from the UK to France, I paid the VAT and customs processing fees. But I received only one bag instead of two in my package. I will be happy to modify this review when I receive my complete order (= 2 Connelly Neo Slalom Water Ski bags).

Edit: after contacting customer support, I have been sent the missing item and issued a partial refund. Thank you!

Easy to do business with

Easy to do business with. The item was delivered on time. Haven’t been able to try out the paddle board yet as conditions have not been suitable but no reason to doubt the quality as I already have another O’Brien board
