Going The Extra Mile
I ordered a bike from Activ Cycles and could not be happier. The customer service was second to none and I couldn't have wished for more. My bike arrived on time, was built as requested and competitively priced.

Quick easy and helpful
Easy to order and quick to be ready for collection. I rang in the morning of collection and they said they were giving it a once over before I got there, then when I was picking it up they asked me to bring the bike back once my boy has had a few rides to make sure everything is still set up right and even offered for me to bring my bike in to give it a once over. Highly recommend.

My recent order arrived broken (the delivery company’s fault). I phoned Steve at Activ who replaced and arranged for delivery of a replacement. No quibbles. Very quick. Great service. Highly recommended.
