ACTIV Cycles Opiniones

Great product; great customer service, thanks!

Steve, Liam and the team are great, never too much trouble to help and solve any bike problem you may have. Thank you.

Ordered via phone rather than internet, an altogether pleasant experience. Having some additional work carried out on the bike, appears to have caused some confusion, As the bike was then boxed up and forgotten about. Chasing the retailer should not be part of the buying experience, but hopefully this may help them improve their procedures.

Good price and fully assembled bike delivered to home.

Excellent service. Bought a Trek Roscoe 7 at a great price. Delivery was quick, bike was built and well packed in a box. Staff really helpful over the phone when buying the bike.

Ok
Okok nice

Won't be using them again. Not good.

Ordered restrap luggage straps which were in stock at the time of order.

The wrong ones arrived a week ago and after a long phonecall I was promised that the correct ones would be sent asap. Next day I got a text saying new ones had been ordered and would be with them the next day.

It's now a week after that initial phonecall and no-one can / will give me an update despite texts and phone calls.

Won't be using them again. Mistakes happen but it's how you deal with them that makes the difference.

Edit : Avtiv cycles...in case it wasn't obvious I've still not got the item I ordered...instead I have a cheaper version that I didn't order. Great that you're going to improve the experience of others but I'd quite like you to fix my issue.

Prompt delivery

Great product but didn't receive any tracking info. Didn't know when the item would arrive but the guy was very helpful when we phoned.

Informative, good communication flow and prompt service.
Very professional

Very happy with my recent purchase, great price and quick delivery.

Great service and price, my new bike was delivered by a bespoke delivery service. Excellent

Really helpful, great price and great delivery, thankyou

Great bike, delivered quickly, well packed and the build was flawless

Very clear and prompt communication. Good price for bike. Quick delivery. Bike was damaged, possibly in-transit, they did what they could to try and help but I had to get my local bike shop to fix. Packaging was good/ no damage.

Good selection of bikes, had the one I was after in the size that I wanted. Good price and quick delivery. Comes fully serviced and set up, with the bare minimum to set up.

Excellent bike at a great price. Bike well wrapped in a very secure tough box. Arrived promptly and courier very helpful.
Well happy with my bike and would recommend activ cycles to my friends 😎👍

Great service, helped out with delivery issues - great bike at the right price!
