Happy with my posture shirt . I felt the difference as soon as I put it on , my daughter said she also could see the change in my posture ! Thank you !

The bra itself is fine except for it does not help me improve my posture at all :(
I am sure the size is correct - it would not be possible to wear the smaller one, it sits very tight.

As long as the shirt is worn properly I thin it is very effective in encouraging "good posture". It takes me a little while to get the shirt sitting correctly though, perhaps an instructional video wouldn’t go amiss. I'm a Sports Therapist and I would definitely recommend it to my patients suffering with something such as upper cross syndrome, even if at first just as a tool to use during their rehab and progressing to being worn more frequently.

Not a good garment. The material is itchy/cheap, the pattern from the woven segments are easily visible through an office shirt and it’s sized poorly. Even the large sizes are way too small. Add all that together and the fact it made no difference to my bad back and you get the picture. Not worth the money.

Better than expected.
I also use it for motorcycle riding as it relieves stress and puts me in a better riding position.

Having hot, nice weather but that hasn't stopped me from wearing my Posture Shirt (although I have small size so is a workout putting it on and taking it off). It is so helpful for me. As a student, I do intensive hours of work sitting down at desk, using laptop/ computer, in seminars, lectures etc. I find myself with lower back ache as well as a more rounded thoracic spine and generally slouched position. I love the Posture Shirt! I don't wear it for more than 4 hours at a time. I don't think about it but I sit up taller in my chair when wearing it. I also do a physical job which requires lots of bending and squatting and that sometimes adds to my discomfort. The Posture Shirt actually helps me to bend less drastically and have better squat technique, which eases my aches at the end of the day! I actually do not wear it every day, but every few days, as I have found that my body remembers the better position to be in the following day. Incredible. Added bonus is it's so stylish! I am also very careful to wash and dry the shirt as directed, as it is a favourite item in my wardrobe.

I use the t-shirt for riding and it supports my posture. I use it for dressage and wear it underneath my normal riding wear. I would highly recommend it -it gives you the free movements you need for sport and does not feel stif or stops you from following the horses movements. Can also be used for competitions. I love this product and I will buy more of them.

I think this product is really great. I bought the product to help my posture when I am horse riding. My riding instructor was always telling me to bring my shoulders back, and sit tall. So comfortable to wear and easily can be warn but as a T-shirt or underneath a sweatshirt. Now I would not ride without one on!

Beats any other compression I've ever worn. As a rugby player who has had 5 years out with shoulder and back injuries, having to frequently go over rehab and resetting posture, activeposture really helps maintain a neutral spine and corrects my posture. It's comfortable, stylish and a worthy investment. Next big thing! S

I have two very physical jobs. I am a postman in the mornings and a Massage therapist in the afternoons. Over the last few years I have noticed a deterioration in my posture, which some days makes me suffer with backache and tension in the neck and shoulders. About a year ago I was diagnosed with Osteopenia, which is the precursor to Osteoporosis. I have tried other posture garments including posture straps but found that these didn’t work or were very uncomfortable. My wife discovered these shirts while searching the internet for a better and more comfortable option. I decided to purchase a shirt as it has a 14 day return policy, so felt I had nothing to lose. I am very pleased with the shirt. It is comfortable and supportive. My posture feels much better and my backache and tension in my neck is much reduced. In fact I have been so impressed with these shirts that I now have three of them!! Highly recommended!!
