Excellent module on Governance
I have now completed 3 of the 5 modules on the NED program, all have so far been engaging and educational.
I completed the Governance module yesterday and have to highlight this has been the best experience so far, I remained engaged throughout the whole session. The facilitator Deirdre is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and led the session extremely well, ensuring time for engaged group discussions which only added to the value of this session.

The support and help that I received…
The support and help that I received from Bianca to resolve my ILM7 issues. Bianca was professional and supportive while I was having a melt down. She took time to listen and understand the issue and then offered me solutions which she took away and actioned. At the end of the call I was confident that all would be well and it was. Off to a great start.
I’ve been very impressed with the whole on boarding arrangements with actual global. The whole process was informative, customer centred and without a hint of pressure. The early exploratory discussions to clarify my learning needs and operationalisation of learning once gained, with professional, focused and extremely clarifying. It is removed much of the caution of ‘sales without substance’ approaches provided by some other organisations!.
Obviously, I am at the start of a process with Actuate but I am very much looking forward to the times ahead.
