Speedy Delivery and Great Customer Service

Purchased a Fressko reusable cup from Adelaide, and received it in just over 24 hours in Adelaide, SA. Packed well and with a handwritten note which was a nice touch. Highly recommend

One of the items I have ordered took too long to be delivered.

Hi George. Thanks for your feedback.
Each order placed on our store is fulfilled directly by our roasting partners for maximum freshness. And each roaster has different roasting and shipping schedules. Depending on the day you place your order, some coffee will ship sooner than others.
Although we try to make this clear in each coffee description, we understand it's not front and center. To improve on this, we will imminently release new functionality on our store to make it clearer when you can expect your coffee to arrive at the time of placing an order. We hope this make it easier in the future 😀🚚

Orders online are not processed…

Orders online are not processed correctly. I still dont have my order which was placed 25/5 and 8/11. The online portal suggests the order is fulfilled but I have not receive the orders.

We completely understand your frustration with the delay in receiving your order. We are also baffled as to why it has taken AusPost 20 days to deliver your order and counting. We are tracking it on our end and will continue to follow-up to ensure it is delivered as soon as possible.

As a key part of what we and our roasters strive to offer our customers is the freshest possible coffee, we are sending you a replacement order.
