I read the reviews first and a lot of the negative ones were saying the same things: Bad communication, don’t get back to you etc..

However because the overall rating is so high I thought I’d still apply…

Should have listened to the bad ones. Applied and did the open banking process. They then asked straight away to send I.D, which I did straight away. Then about 6 days passed and heard nothing. So I emailed them just to see if there was any update, they then sent me an automated email back saying I need to do the open banking thing (even though I have). Anyways did that again… 3 days pass and heard nothing again.

I get that people get accepted and also don’t get accepted but they should at least update people either way especially when you’re sharing personal information/giving access to bank details.

Horrendous customer service.

I was a bit sceptical at the beginning of the process as it is unusual to the normal processes I have experienced with Loan companies. Took slightly longer than I expected (roughly 10-12 days), and involved me having to chase progress of my application. However, they were very nice on the phone, went through a few questions and the agreed loan was delivered promptly after agreements had been signed. Adage are a sympathetic alternative to larger businesses who just see you as a credit score. Would recommend. :-)

Actually quite surprised at how easy this was. Friendly staff and explained everything really well. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Absolutely shambles of a company heard nothing for 10 days, and this carnt be to high demand, they need to sort it, amd you reply with sau8ng you have sent me 3 emails, which os a total lie, I have seen these responses in other complaints against you're company
