Absolutely shambles of a company heard nothing for 10 days, and this carnt be to high demand, they need to sort it, amd you reply with sau8ng you have sent me 3 emails, which os a total lie, I have seen these responses in other complaints against you're company

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. 0 communication,0 update on application. Takes them 3 days to ask for Identity. Send that to them nothing after that. Been waiting 4 days now. Instead I withdrew my application, all they could tell me was sorry we are experiencing a high demand.
Pathetic. Terrible service. Do not bother.

It’s a really long
It’s a really long, slow process. I started my application about a week ago, and had one email since, did everything they’ve asked then it’s been silent again…..not really sure why it’s so slow but there it is

Applied for a £200 payday loan
Applied for a £200 payday loan. I had to give them access to my bank which I did. It's been 5 days and I've not received a single email or phone call as to what is going on ! If you're looking for a RELIABLE company when in need of emergency funds, this wouldn't be the place. Evidently
