DO NOT USE.
This lot, dealt with many staff here, don't care. Zero communication, lose items, damage items, don't have a clue about the value of your items, do not market them correctly on site or at auction.
On auction day, I had 4, they don't tell prospective buyers what the lots actually are, just the briefest of overview, don't care when trying to sell it and annoyingly don't listen to you and let your items go for a song.
I would highly recommend that no one ever use these amateurs.

I dealt with a very helpful team member here who listened to all my concerns and addressed each one and said he would help the mistakes they made make the team better. He was extremely helpful and understanding and wanted to make sure Adam Partridge came across as a company that does care and does have specialists that know their areas of expertise. I was pleasantly surprised at how much he cared, how much time he took to listen and then to address the issues I raised, a lot of other companies could do well to adopt this approach instead of hiding from negative feedback they addressed and dealt with the issue showing they do care.

Although we didn't agree on everything and I still stand by some of the points I have raised you can't complain about a company that acts on feedback.

Many thanks to Steve who gave an interesting and informative talk to St Michael’s Ladies Group. Steve valued various items and advice on what to look out for. Very worthwhile talk and discussion.

The staff was very helpful from the moment I contacted them via e-mail.
When I visited the premises, again I found the staff helpful, knowledgeable and the information given about the process of the transaction very accurate.
Also the fact that they kept me informed promptly about the day of the auction and the result and transfer of the funds to my account.

A really interesting auction house worth following for the best of reasons......always a really wide selection of different and interesting lots , sales are well catalogued, commission is less than most and estimates are reasonable. Its also notable for it efficient and courteous after sales service which on small items can include shipping at very reasonable cost

The kindness, superb customer service and a very helpful employee called Shelley.

Steven Parkinson at the Preston office is so helpful and always goes the extra mile, offering a very friendly and professional service. He is a real pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.

I have recently dealt with Steven Parkinson at Adam Partridge, he was most knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My items did remarkably well at auction and Steven was the auctioneer. I am sure all those who had lots in that auction did well because he did such a good job. I will be looking for more items to sell!

We have been collecting pre-decimal coins etc and realised an astounding £803 and no commission. Without Steven’s suggestion, help and guidance this would have not been possible. Hassle free and personal service. Chris gave us clear concise information regarding the items we were considering selling. He showed genuine interest in some of the items and did not press us to auction anything that we were unsure of. We could monitor the live auction, which was a bit of fun.

Excellent service from initial request for in house P&P, much cheaper quote given compared to other local shipping agents. After the auction, had to adjust my requirement as was more successful in bidding than they had quoted but was given a revised quote that was still cheaper than others mentioned. Package was sent in a timely manner after invoices paid. On arrival which was handled by DHL in a speedy delivery time scale, found that the packing of the paintings was extremely professional with plenty of packing materials and there was no damage. Would certainly recommend the packing team for their good work and the auction house for any extra requests made of them prior to the sale.

I received my parcel containing a framed and glazed etching from Adam Partridge, Macclesfield (Cheshire) branch today. Buying artwork at auction nowadays can often be pricey, especially where shipping costs are concerned.

The whole process of buying, paying and shipping with Adam Partridge Auctions was very easy and straightforward with helpful staff.

The framed and glazed etching I bought was shipped using DHL and was beautifully and securely packed. Considering that it was about half the price of using one of the usual shipping agencies, this was excellent value for money. I’ll certainly consider buying from this auction house again. Thanks.

Easy registration to bid, and lot won transferred from one auction room to another, for ease of collection! All staff were professional, friendly and helpful; altogether a very good experience!

Over the past year had three things valued by Adam partridges
1. They said was a reproduction worth nothing - sold at another auction house for £650
And it goes on with things I have taken there or asked for valuations they have given terrible valuations where other auction houses have got good money . Don’t know what’s happened here but would not use this auction house at all staff not knowledgable at all and I think they just can’t be bothered … terrible

Just saw Adam Partridge and his wife, Melissa, in action at a charity auction event, raising funds for Maggies at the Christies hospital. They were fabulous. Highly recommend for any corporate or charity fundraising auction event!!
