This will be our second year using Adams Tax Forms. It is very user friendly. We love the option of having the Copy B recipients being mailed and/or emailed. Love the alerts and confirmation that IRS received our documents. Great product!

The software is pretty straightforward to prepare the forms and file them. They’ve improved from last year where there were some major issues getting onto the website. The chat box is helpful and if it can’t assist, you can speak to an agent, a real person who usually can help solve any problem. I’ve been using this software for the past seven years to prepare my 1099 forms and it is easy to utilize the information from prior years.

It was very easy to e-file forms, once they were ready. However, for the forms that were rejected by IRS and needed correction, i had to go into each form and correct one and the same thing in Payee field, rather than correcting it at once for all forms.

Using Adams Tax Forms made processing and sending out our 1099's so ver much easier!! I do bookkeeping for 12 properties and entities, and using Adams Tax Forms made it quick and easy. And best of all, most of the information I will need for next year will still be there, making next year even easier!!

Love the simplicity of use and easy to follow directions. Added the service where Adams mailed the 1099's for us and went off without any problems.

The whole process was very easy, however I found hard to submit each recipient.

Adams takes the pain out of filing 1099s. We've been using them for a few years now and truly worth the cost!

The template to import 1099-NEC recipients is very good and efficient. I was able to complete more than 400 1099-NECs within one working day.

Easy to upload the information and make corrections. It would be nice if customers could get phone support rather than chatbots/live agents

We have a small number of 1099's that need to be issued outside of our normal processes. The Adams Template import, print, mailing, and reporting option makes this an hour project rather than a days worth of work.

I have been using Adams Tax Helpers for a few years now. It is a great website – Very user friendly. I pay for the option to have them mail the 1099s as well as filing them with Federal. My only wish is they would have a place where I can view all the recipients for all properties instead of viewing by property (I do 1099s for several rental communities). But all-in-all, I really like this website.

The online site is easy to navigate and the chat had answered my questions without having to wait for a long period of time.

Fairly straight forward to complete the task.
Wish there were actual people to talk to when stuck.
Don't like that I had to "pre-buy" the services. Don't understand why I couldn't check out as services were completed.

We have used Adams Tax Forms for many years. We have seen firsthand at the major improvements to make the work seamlessly work together. This year was our first at having the mailing done by Adams and we had no complaints whatsoever.

The pricing system is new and very much convenient.
