I requested a refund for the dress I purchased (unworn, tags attached, in original packaging) and was provided with the return address on 7 November. I sent the dress back from Australia and tracking shows it was delivered on 20 November. It is now 15 December and I have not received a refund or a response to my follow-up emails. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Scam!! Never got the package. Spent A$365 including delivery cost. But they never sent it. Terrible customer service, when you enquire about the items they don’t reply or give proper information about it.

Ordered two dresses in August, a nearly £200 order which I used Klarna to pay for so I wasn’t out of pocket too much. Returned both dresses at a cost of £25 to myself as they do not cover international return shipping (should have been a red flag in the first place!!!). Sent proof of return etc which they acknowledged and waited for a refund to come through to my Klarna account. Said refund never appeared and I reported this to Klarna as the due date was fast approaching. It took a further three weeks and constant emails from myself before they replied saying my order had been refunded. HOWEVER, it has not been fully refunded and I am still being expected to pay a percentage of the order. I am now being ghosted by the company and am getting no responses to my emails. Awful customer service, awful quality dresses, just terrible all round.

The worst website on earth, I ordered top and skirt, I received only ugly skirt and the quality is the worst, I tried to contact them everywhere because I don’t recieve the top and nobody replies, I don’t know what to do

I never seen anything like this before. They should charge more for the price and the quality of their dresses. Super well-made, gorgeous, and durable. I bought Here Comes The Sun in white and will come back to get this in pastel pink. Thank you so much Adeirlina for making girls' dream come true.

I purchased two dresses from Adeirlina, but ended up returning them due to them not fitting how I wanted. There was an issue with my return/refund - it did take a bit of time to get sorted out, BUT to my surprise, Adeirlina went above and beyond to correct the issue, which I was very grateful for. The dresses themselves are beautiful and really amazing quality. If it weren’t for the dresses I purchased not fitting correctly, I definitely would have kept them.

My package arrived in 3 days and the dress is exactly like the pictures on their website. Fabric is shimmering and feel very expensive for the price they offer. I’m so happy and will wear it for my birthday in two weeks. Maybe become a fairy for Halloween. Thank you so much Adeirlina!

Bought their best seller white set Botanical and Calla. My package came a few days before I travel. Good quality material and fast shipping! I recommend everyone who are looking for cute stuffs for their vacations.

I had my address wrong and I did not realize this until my order was in transit so I contacted their customer service and they got back immediately. I live in Japan so I was very nervous about my package. The manager called me and kept me updated from her direct number throughout the entire to make sure I receive my package at the correct address. They had to redirect the package back to their warehouse and sent a new package to my correct address. I thought I lost the order but everything was so fast and smooth. I can’t recommend enough. My dress fits beautifully on me. Great quality. Thank you Adeirlina!

Big fan from Vietnam. I had to pay a lot for shipping fee but the dresses I bought on sale arrived as stunning as pictured on their website. Shipping took longer than one week but it was worth it. Thank you so much!

I bought Here Comes The Sun corset white dress and it was absolutely perfect for my registry wedding. Incredibly well made. It hugged my body well in every way and I will definitely shop with Adeirlina again :)

Absolutely beautiful and the quality is better than most brands I know of. Delivery was on time as they advertised on their website. I received my package in two days. My Botanical skirt is a little see through but overall material and length is great for a lot of movement. Adeirlina, please make more skirts like this because I will definitely buy more.

Bought two matching sets from this company for my vacation in Asia. Super lightweight, big discounts, and unique designs that I never seen anywhere else. I AM OBSESSED! Hope they will have good designs again because I will have many parties to attend in November.

Amazing quality, their designs you don’t see them at anywhere else and affordable. I received my package in two days. But beware of their sizes. They run small. I bought 5 dresses, 2 are perfect but I had to return the other 3. I received new sizes within a week. So glad I bought them on sale!

I purchased a dress for full price waited for 2 weeks to be shipped. Once the dress arrived I got email the dress on sale 65% off.
My dress is still 30 days of return. I emailed, message on FB, Instagram ask for refund my partial the difference of 65% off or I just return the dress. They seen my message but ignored me on Facebook messenger and Instagram. Never responded email.
I will dispute to my bank to get my money back.
Stay away from this business.
The dress quality is not worth the price.
I will also report them to BBB and on social media for people aware of this.

SCAM ALERT

I would give this company ZERO STARS!!! I ordered two separate orders from this company. Both of my orders didn’t fit. I retuned both packages on 07/18/23 & 07/14/23. I sent it to the address they emailed me to send a return too. I sent it through USPS like they stated. I have been emailing them about my return since 7/28/23. I keep getting the run around with emails( I will check with returns team, Thank you for the follow up can you confirm what dresses you returned)?!?!? I have sent them my tracking information pictures of it, my order numbers stating I want to return both of the orders all 3 dresses. The dresses are cheaply made so please don’t spend your money on them. I have called and disputed with my credit card company. This company is a complete SCAM.

Instantly returned a poor quality dress via USPS with tracking as recommended. The return address they have is basically fake and doesn't receive packages. They say you can't get a return if they don't receive it. USPS said it isn't eligible for redelivery at the address and it was not secure enough to leave. The package is available for post office pickup which they are are avoiding. The reality is they avoid it to keep your money. They had the nerve to ask for a customer review and send marketing materials. I have posted on their social media and reported them to my credit card.save yourself the trouble.
