A powerful and clarifying experience

ADHD Harmony gave me more than productivity tips - it helped me feel genuinely seen. The identity-level work and final report named patterns I have been living with for years, especially the gap between my spiritual connection and my financial stability. I came in feeling misunderstood and alone in my ADHD, and I’m leaving with more self-understanding, more hope, and real glimmers of joy again. Jim’s framing, reframing, structure, and sense of safety made it much easier to engage honestly and get meaningful value from the challenge. I’m deeply grateful for the experience.

I was so cynical of joining this ADHD…

I was so cynical of joining this ADHD Harmony program especially with use of AI based reports, but I was literally overwhelmed with emotions and tears reading my report. It was so insightful and personal - it has helped me unpack years and layers of procrastination, self doubt and perfectionism in just 5 days. Jim's webinars are great, and he totally gets what it's like to have adult ADHD after masking our whole lives. I'm actually gobsmacked and hopeful that by bringing to the light these misaligned and sabotaging thoughts and behaviours, I can change them and live my best version of myself.

Why This Challenge

Before this challenge, I was broken, exhausted, and felt like a complete failure in life, let alone a success. I honestly saw myself as a delusional misfit.

I almost didn’t join because of the ADHD label, but I couldn’t ignore two things: 1) every example given in the FB ad was totally spot on with my own experience over the last 7 years, 2) the statement, “You have a different operating system.” That was it, I signed up.

The last day of the challenge hit me hard, even more than the Report. The slide titled “Jack of All Trades” opened a flood of memories from decades ago. When those memories came together, I finally saw the exact moment my life changed for the worse, and why. The Report then helped me understand what was underneath all of it. It brought a strange sense of comfort, almost like being wrapped in a warm blanket while old wounds finally began to heal.

More importantly, two shifts happened that night and in the days that followed. I stepped out of the shadows of silence and invisibility and began sharing my breakthroughs and wins openly with strangers, just as I am now. And, the shield I had created around me that once came from fear—once my protection—became the guardian of my emotional and physical well-being. Two sides of the same coin, now serving different purposes and creating very different results.

I highly recommend the journey! Don’t hesitate.

Didn't think this would live up to the claims. It exceeded all expectations and then some.

I honestly went into this thinking it wasn't going to work, or was going to be some kind of woo thing, but gave it an honest go.

It was so insightful and I got a lot out of it. It helped me make sense of my life and saw links between things I didn't realise were connected. I was absolutely amazed at what it managed to do, and it was quite the journey through the five days of this free challenge. Out the other side of it I feel I understand myself better and am empowered in a way I have never been before.

As a naturally sceptical person, I did not expect this level of both detail and zeroing in on what has made me the person I am. The community is also really great, very supportive of each other and a lot of positivity and help. Anyone struggling isn't left to themselves, people pitch in with gentle suggestions.

I'm amazed.

A life-changing experience to say the least

The ADHD Harmony experience needs to come with a warning. I am emotionally wrecked. But in the best way possible. The ADHD Transformation Report that was created after completing Day 5 questions has beyond exceeded my expectations. If I wanted to write a book about my life, I would 100% use this tool as guidance. This report cracked open every secret, every suppressed feeling, every detail of my life that actually matters. If you are lost, hopeless, or have felt suppressed most of your life, you NEED to do this report. Be as honest and detailed as you can possibly be, and I promise this will be the best decision you've ever made. This is going to give me the strength I need to take real, purposeful action in my life. I am shocked that this was even free.

During the challenge, Jim was so calm and collected, and he helped us feel so seen and validated with all of the information and analogies provided. You can do all the research you want on ADHD, but Jim makes it so much easier not just to understand it but to feel it. Such a transformative experience. Thank you so much, Jim. I am forever grateful for this gift.

A must try experience, a spiritual epiphany

Every word said by Jim was meaningful and left a mark on me. I finally felt recognized and accepted for who I really am. The community has been a great opportunity to share in a non-judged and safe place. The AI experience has been breathtaking and intense. A lot to reflect upon. But for the first time in my life I understand myself better and I forgive myself for my recurrent struggles. Now I know I need to tailor my strategies and stop feeling that constant sense of guilt and inadequacy.

Great FREE Challenge

I joined Jim’s 5-Day ADHD Harmony Challenge out of curiosity and was genuinely impressed. It’s a lively and supportive community, and there’s a lot to learn in a very short space of time. Jim is clearly generous with his knowledge and the whole thing really is genuinely free, which is rare these days.

The AI report at the end was a thoughtful and surprisingly insightful gift. Mine picked up patterns in my life that I hadn’t fully seen before, which I really appreciated.

Overall, a very worthwhile experience and a great introduction to Jim’s work.

ADHD Harmony has given me a huge…

ADHD Harmony has given me a huge insight into how my brain works and why I do and repeat certain things and why Ive been struggling for years . It gave me the tool of understanding and being compassionate to myself. I met people in the same brain loop as I was. It’s been emotional, liberating and insightful 5 days. Unbelievable life changing 5 day challenge

As a newly person that has been waiting for confirmation of my adhd at 55yrs old, this course has really made a huge difference to my life already in just 5 days. I have a better understanding of myself and how my brain works and yea discovered my superpower. I have something to work with for the restructure of my free life that I am taking on now. Jim is an amazing person with so much understanding , knowledge and easy to approach he has helps us to work as a community to develop and support each other as well. I am absolutely amazed at the difference this has made for me and many others I would highly recommend it and I can’t believe it was real help and for free 🤗🤗🤗🤗 nothing to lose and everything to gain

Highly Recommend!

I have worked with a few ADHD coaches and while their information and tools were helpful, the 5 Day free ADHD Harmony challenge has been life changing.

The presenter, Jim, is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely present throughout. His live sessions are relatively short, information-dense, and worth every minute. Not once during the 5 days did he market his 6 week paid program other than on day 5, he briefly mention he would be talking about it on day 6.

The community is intelligent, funny, and incredibly supportive.

The daily assessment questions are thought provoking and the results are accurate in ways that touched my heart and soul deeply — and the final psychological portrait cuts to your core in a way that feels unmistakably true.

It uses your own experiences to show you that what you’ve interpreted as failure is actually your brain operating differently, not deficiently. It validates you at a deep level.

If you have ADHD and measure yourself against standards designed for neurotypical minds, this workshop will completely reframe and dismantle that and build a truer measure of who you are.

Highly recommended.

Gosh wowser oof - top banana

I don't remember how I got to this community, guessing algorithms and destiny giving me a poke if you believe in that. Thankyoooo, thankyoooo, thankyoooo. What a truly beautifully orchestrated piece of work with something we can use, learn easily with an amazing human being Jim. I have been blocked for many years not knowing quite how to get myself going, so glad I don't need to talk to someone for hours about all past traumas to unlock my potential. I highly recommend this challenge and will be letting my friends know and showing them my report so they can finally see where I am coming from and watch out world as I have had enough of playing small and invisible! A must do challenge for anyone questioning if they have an ADHD brain

Before this challenge, I was curious. I had no real idea what ADHD was when three months ago a friend suggested I might have it. A small amount of research later and I came to realise that I have a lot of the classical signs but didn’t know where to start to deal with the chronic procrastination and get my life back on track.
The moment Jim’s ad popped up on my FB feed I was immediately drawn to it – and the promise of an AI report at the end focussed only on me had me intrigued so I signed up for the challenge. Once it started I showed up as if my life depended on it – every day for the five days…. My biggest moment was the huge sinking feeling when I did the Harmony Diagnostic and realised just how sad my life is right now….. something has to change but what? And how?
Then I got the AI report yesterday and it ALL MADE SENSE. Perfect sense. I thought I had dealt with my co-dependency issues about thirty years ago – and around the same time I had my IQ tested by MENSA because I couldn’t work out why other people didn’t see things the same way as I did – the result was high – and at the time I thought that was the answer. Two major issues dealt with and life carried on. Little did I realise that the life I have been living for the past thirty years is still deeply rooted in the co-dependency I thought I had got rid of. Hmmph.
So now, today, although I feel a bit dumb for being that fish trying to climb heaven knows how many different tree for thirty years I am now feeling incredibly energised, positive that the next days will bring more insight into how my life is going to be different. I feel relieved that I am on the way to finding the right water to swim in………. and can’t wait to see what is next for me.
P.S I have gone mad closing loops since I got my report………. Go figure 😊

Give it a go

The program highlights the issues being faced with an ADHD brain.
I was unaware that I had an ADHD brain, I took an online test for fun. The test said I was high on the ADHD scale. So I did more tests and all said the same. So I took the 5 day free ADHD Harmony challenge and I'm glad I did. It's funny, emotional and enlightening.
It validated the way my mind works and who I am right now. While highlighting my potential and exactly what, is very much achievable for me.

Five day free ADHD Harmony Challenge

So I've completed the 5 day free ADHD Harmony challenge. I haven't paid for anything although feel sure the option to pay for something longer and more in-depth is coming - but what I've completed has been really insightful and at times very emotional.
I wasn't able to attend any of the sessions live due to work but caught up later each evening. The sessions were useful and reinforced the research that I'm aware of but it's the use of AI that's really interesting. Three daily questions provide a short daily reflection before the fifteen questions are analysed together to create an in-depth report. I think it will take a while to process the information in the report and see whether it has any longer term impact but it was very emotional reading and I've found the whole week really interesting.

Completing this course has exceed my expectations. The whole process from beginning to end seamlessly executed. The results were nothing less than amazing and profound. If you have ADHD & want to not only know yourself better than you can imagine but make measurable changes to you and your life this is the course for you.

Surprisingly deep and human for a free ADHD challenge

I joined the free 5-day ADHD Harmony challenge not really knowing what to expect, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how thoughtful and accurate it’s been.

The daily AI questions felt weirdly personal (in a good way) and the final “psychological portrait” pulled together things I’ve felt for decades but never had put into words - especially around shame, perfectionism, and feeling like my brain isn’t matching what I know I’m capable of. It didn’t feel generic or fluffy; it picked up on specific stories I’d shared and reflected them back with insight and compassion.

The live calls have been valuable, and the way Jim explains ADHD as a mismatch with typical systems (rather than “you’re broken”) really landed for me. The Skool community adds a bit of fun/dopamine and connecting with other people who think and struggle in similar ways has lightened the days.

It is leading toward a paid 6-week programme, but so far it hasn’t felt scammy or pushy - more like, “Here’s a deeper option if you want it.” …and I do, so I’m looking forward to the next chapter.

Overall, for a free challenge, it’s been genuinely helpful, validating and thought-provoking. I’m extremely glad I did it and it’s still very worthwhile even if no further courses are taken.

ADHD Harmony has been a game-changer and I feel like I'm just getting started. Not only is there validation and understanding, but Jims' encouragement and tools to reframe and shift and find ways to be better aligned are only magnified by the incredible community of like-minded people he's built. I couldn't give this a higher recommendation. Don't wait. Jump on it now.

Helpful Information, Kind and Helpful People, No Judgement or Shame

The first amazing thing is this community. My husband calls it a perfect example of an online walled garden. It's the first time in a long time I've been comfortable turning my camera on and being seen, with all the mess behind me that's not perfect, that's not all put together. But it's okay because I'm working on it.
Being able to reach out to others, share tips and books and quotes, be myself, be vulnerable, ask for help, and have it be okay... that has meant so much. All my life I have hidden any struggle or imperfection. All my life I struggled to handle everything alone, because I was afraid of being ridiculed and afraid of being let down again. Being part of the ADHD Harmony community has been so refreshing. I can just be me and no one laughs at me or tells me I'm a wierdo. And when I get up the courage to ask for help, people help, no shaming.
And last, but in no way least, the Reinvent Your ADHD Life roadmap opened my eyes to something I never saw coming. I hadn't realized that for years I had been sabotaging my body and making my days way harder than they needed to be. For years I never bothered eating breakfast. Since I didn't feel hungry when I first woke up, I'd been waiting hours to eat, sometimes until mid-afternoon, every single day. I have literally spent the last 15 to 20 years of my life angry and cranky at people because I WAS hungry but had gotten used to ignoring hunger while I dealt with "more important" things. During the 6-week program one week focused in on biological changes, and until then I had no idea how much my willpower, decision making ability, and patience were being impacted by not eating early in my day. Just eating some protein within 30 to 90 minutes of waking up has drastically improved my life and my relationships. Sometimes it's the littlest things that make a huge impact and open the door for you to then be able to think about and tackle everything else you want to improve.

For the first time, I don't feel the need for another productivity program.

Before this program, I kept telling myself I wasn’t disciplined and that I was a failure. I rarely finished what I started — and sometimes I couldn’t even get myself to start at all.

Jim kept reminding us that it’s okay if we fall behind. We just need to show up. That simple message really helped me keep going instead of quitting.

The biggest thing I learned was to calm my nervous system first. When I’m not in flight-or-freeze mode, I can make better decisions. That one idea changed everything for me.

Now I work on my “big rocks” every day, even if it’s just 10 minutes. I don’t skip two days in a row.

For the first time, I don’t feel the need for another productivity program because I finally understand how my brain works. I feel like I’m getting unstuck, and I want to keep this momentum going.

Whether you have ADHD or not, if you’re tired of fighting yourself, this program taught me how to work with my brain instead of against it.

"It's okay to not be good all the time. You just have to be good enough."

I was on Ritalin in elementary school, and when I was about 13 or 14 my doctor said I'd probably outgrown it. My whole life, I never realized it doesn't go away. It was always the same question: why am I not good enough? I don't deserve to be happy. I really thought this program was going to be like everything else, okay I'll try it but it's not going to work. My biggest thing has always been that I'll start something and I'll quit, make an excuse that it wasn't for me. But then Jim posted that video everyone said was really dark, and it was just spot on. That was me. Working with Harmony (the AI), I learned to just stop and sit with things for a minute. One day on the treadmill it hit me: it's okay to not be good all the time, you just have to be good enough. I wrote that on a 3x5 card that I read at least once a day. The adventure has been great. I've made some good friends here. We're all kind of in the same boat, and nobody's drilling holes in it.
