My worst online shopping experience to date!
I bought a pair of shoes because there was a sale. The shoes were 161 riyals + 20 riyals COD + for whatever reason shipping company charged me 3 more riyals.
The shoes didn't fit me and I asked for a return the same day shoes arrived, how return works there is you have to call a number WHAT?? You order from a website and ask for a return through calling them, Now the worst thing about all this is their headquarters are in UAE!! yes an online store that is selling in KSA has its headquarters in UAE.
After a month of calling numerous times spending almost 50 riyals on credit, they finally send someone for the return, and then after a week of that I call them again for refund, and they have the audacity to say that since I paid through Cash on Delivery, I HAVE to buy something from the store they can't give me my money back.
I've had enough of them by this point, so I check their website for the refund policy and it says "Purchases using Cash on Delivery will be refunded via Bank Transfer". So they're lying scamming people to make them buy something from their store.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Omg!! The shoes are totally fake! I ordered ultraboost19!! They are imitation!! I thought this website is legit. I am so disappointed by the quality. Even the box looks fake!! Don’t buy from this website!! Indeed it is true that they came from a Skechers Warehouse!

This is scam website and doesn't belong to Adidas Saudi Arabia. The actual owner of this website is a company located in Dubai with a name "Millennial Fashion Trading". Their website has a name of the another company "6Th Street". The emails come from the 6th street domain. Returned items goes to Skechers Warehouse, Apparel Trading Co. in Riyadh. They are nested in a way that is very hard to trace.
