I would give this company ZERO stars. Big Scam company. Product never delivered. I kept receiving emails that product was en route. The Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They will not refund money and told me not to contact them but to contact their Carrier which there is no info to do that.

the clothing did not fit, the one shirt I bought wouldn't have fit over an infant's head. Besides the fact it took at least 3 weeks to receive when I tried to return, they tried negotiating with me, I paid over $100 at first they offered the $10. I said NO we kept going back and forth, their final offer was like $30. which I still have never received, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a hat. Product has not arrived after more than 5 weeks. I keep getting "status reports" that started by saying the product (Chinese) was in Ireland, then stuck in customs, then in U.S. being delivered. Customer service refuses to give a refund.

Never got the product. Ordered 12/15/24. Website said delivered 1/22/24 in mailbox.
No where to be found including neighboring mailboxes. Support states they are now on vacation and have limited staff and not to confuse an issue, donot send another email.

If I could pick ZERO stars I would. I Ordered 3 Christmas shirts on December 3rd and got them on January 12th! I paid $67. They are so poorly made and do not match the description on the website. I emailed and they will not honor the 15 day return policy. Now how you can You have a 15 day return policy when you don’t get the items for over 30 days??? Not a happy customer!

Company refused to honor their refund policy. About 15 emails exchanged they refuse to refund money. DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The items I received were not like the advertisement. Very unhappy. Cannot find out how to return item and get refund.

I got a t- shirt definitely not a sweater it was like long underwear material it was almost 40.00 and I am almost 200 lbs I was sent a small They offered me 3.00 and told me to give it to a friend as it would cost too much to return it What a rip off

They sent me an item I did not order because the one I ordered all of the sudden was out of stock. I got an ugly version instead, that I did not want nor ordered. 29.99 USD.
They offered 3 USD back so (I wouldn't have to pay for the return package)!!!

I just ordered from them , it was 106.25 they took 175.00 out of my checking account! They of course won’t return my email , I can’t believe there’s such evil people out there. 😡

I sent a message to company before ordering asking reasonable questions - like where are you located, where do items ship from, how long for delivery and specific questions on two items. I did not receive a reply. Thus I figured it is a useless company. So disappointing because the items pictured are super cute and unique.

Do not buy from this site. Luckily I checked the next morning after purchasing. I had 5 non authorized purchases besides the one I purchased. These were items that supposedly were going toward relief for the Appellation disaster fund, how horrible and cruel that they would be scamming people that are trying to help so many desperate souls.

This crowd are scammers of the highest order... the quality of goods is -10, massively overpriced, selling on FB etc with lovely pic images and absolute crap product quality so demanded refund and refused... DONT EVER DEAL WITH THESE GRUBS

Do not buy from this company. First the clothes are really made cheaply. Wouldn't buy these shirts or hoodies from a second hand store. 2nd half my order came from China the other from Austria. The hoodie looks like it's made out of garbage bags the shirt had no cuff around the sleeves and very cheap material.

This company is a complete scam!!! No customer service at all, just a chat that sends you the same reply over and over! What a ripoff!!! Do not buy from them! And they said the reviews have been deleted bc they are fake, no, they are the truth. Fake, Scammers!

I never received the item I purchased and after contacting the company multiple times they only have this response:
"If you still have not received the package, we highly recommend you check with your
families or neighbors, in case they have signed the package for you.
Thank you for your kind cooperation."

I wish I'd have read these reviews before I made the poor decision of ordering from here. But I got sucked in by flashy Facebook advertising. Worst quality items I've ever purchased. Took me a month to get my stuff, thought I was ordering sweatshirts and they showed up as this awful polyester slick nasty material and poorly made. And unfortunately I spent almost $300 on shirts for gifts. One of the shirts I received is missing lettering which makes it ungiftable and useless. I sent their "customer service" a photo of it and have had no response. So I guess I'm stuck with a $30 rag. I'm so mad at myself. Ugh. But places like this ought to be shut down. I used PayPal to purchase my order so I'm going to look into whether or not I have any recourse with them but am not hopeful. Definitely going to try to put out warnings anywhere I can about this place.

This is a sham company. The product arrived and it was of the poorest quality I have ever seen. The jumper was not even a correct size. And the cut was horribly wrong! The hoodie had no draw strings despite having the holes from one. It fit terrible. Saggy piece of plastic. The shirt I got was so paper thin it was practically see through. I paid over $120 for 1× hoodie 1× t-shirt. I'm beyond angry.

i would leave no stars, i never received my items i was scammed, i try to email them they respond contact the seller , they are the seller, Gosh i hate these phoney websites, will call my Bank and get my money refunded, theses were xmas gifts
