It won't let me give ZERO stars! Ordered 2 sweatshirts in men's Large. They won't even fit my daughters! Company refuses to even do a simple return that I will pay for! Let alone an exchange! DONT do it!!!

Awful items received, cheap & nasty fabrics yet on the website page these items looked amazing! Tried to return the items and was told to keep them, because it will cost you more to return them!! You can’t get hold of the company only via web links.
Totally scammed with this company via FB/Instagram advertising. Since this I get nothing but scamming emails which take me to websites when I try to unsubscribe and can’t!
ADVICE TO ANYONE WANTING GOOD MEANINGFUL CLOTHING…. STAY CLEAR IF THIS CHEAP SITE!!

I ordered 2 sweaters from their website. I did receive my product in a timely many however, I did not receive a confirmation email or a receipt so from the start I assumed I had been scammed. Much to my delight I received my products 2 weeks later. Upon opening the package I noticed that what I ordered and what I received were not the same thing. Super cheap thin quality with a press on iron patch that is sure to wash off within a couple of launderings. The colors are also not the same as advertised. I was hoping for something better since my order was close to $100. I wish I would have researched them first.

I ordered 3 hoodies and only received 1. Contacted them and they stated order was delivered. I told them 1 of 3 items was delivered. They said someone would be contacting me but that hasn’t happened. It takes over a month get these items so at least send me what I’ve ordered.

I ordered 2 tshirts, one was 2 xl black and white, and one was 3 xl purple and white. They were to be gifts so I paid for rushed delivery. My order arrived 31 days later and were not at all what I ordered. I received a flimsy black shirt size small and a white shirt size small. They were not tshirts, and the writing was not what I ordered. Customer service suggested I keep and regift the “quality” items and would not send me my items or provide a return address. They insist my order was correct, even after pictures were sent, they then quit communicating. I have filed fraud charges through my credit card to hopefully recoup my 65$. I have pictures of my order and of those received. Don’t buy from here.

These are great summer shoes for toddlers. They can wear them everywhere including in the water. Dries quickly. Seem to be comfortable. Will buy a pair each year

Very mixed experience. Two different products (both hoodies) ordered - one is very good, high quality product. The other terrible quality. Hole in the seam, flimsy material. Aftercare service is AI which basically says I’d be better off keeping the product as return shipping costs are high!! I’m still progressing with my complaint but the AI says they’re getting a high level of contact (!) so it may take a while. I wonder if their customer service actually exists beyond an AI chat service.

I placed an order for 4 shirts from this company. I only received one shirt and the tracking number showed it as fulfilled. I contacted them about the other 3 shirts and was told the shipment had to be split up. I was then provided another tracking number. I did not receive the promised second package. I was told that it was marked as delivered and that I had to contact the Post Office and there was nothing they could do. The tracking number was not for the posy office. I enede up paying $78 for one shirt.

Ordered a hoodie and at checkout the price was £31.90, then checked my bank later and realised they had charged nearly another £5! Quality is awful, material is very thin and the body fits fine but the arms are too short. Tried to leave a review on their website and it doesn't show up. Don't buy from here!!

Only received one item of my 4 item order. When I reached out to the support email. I got an automated response sending me to the FAQ page. Which was of course no help. Never received a response back from the actual support. Have escalated the case to PayPal, hoping to get somewhere.
