Visited A&D Motorcycles today 7/07/26 and what an experience we all had . We travelled up from Swansea South wales with my son & his friend who came along for the ride to pick up my son Shauns newly bought motorcycle and was met by 2 absolutly fantastic friendly guys known as Sally & Paul who couldnt do enough for us on arrival at the premises. I real big thx to you guys and if anybody is Looking to buy a Motorcycle A&D motorcycles is the place to Buy without a Doubt. Stay safe guys and again many thx for your Hospitality. 🙏❤️

They are nice to you If you buy your bike from them. If you don't buy your bike from them they treat you differently so back of the queue for your important first service. Not a good way to treat people in my humble opinion so wouldn't recommend them nor buy a bike from them now.

Absolutely brilliant experience, tried several bikes and no rush or pushy sales people. Chose the bike (Kawasaki Versys 1100) and collected a couple of weeks later and already put some miles on it.

Just had my motorbike serviced at A&D and this is my second service with them, and I’ll be going back again.
Friendly staff and excellent service and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the bill was!
They have a cracking choice of new and used motorcycles from the top brands. Also good range of clothing and accessories. They are my go to place for anything for my motorbike.

I bought a brand new Kawasaki Z900 in August 2020,i had my engine management light come on at about 7500 miles,also the bike wouldnt recharge the battery properly, the gear selector was not reading the right gear or at all on the TFT display and i needed a new throttle body aswell.The bikes broken down so many times, ive lost count of the trips to and from A and D and the reovery trucks or pick ups.

Lee and Jake got it in the workshop ASAP to get all the work sorted out under warranty which i appreciate.I then got a phone call to collect the bike and was told that the work had be done.I got a lift from my neighbour to A and D. About 15mins into my trip home my battery light came on again,i pulled over and luckily had my neighbour following me,the bike started dying whilst i was riding on the A55,i had to quickly pull the clutch in and check my left shoulder and cross 2 lanes of traffic to come off the slip road i pulled over.Then all of a sudden it started to heavily leak coolant all over the floor.Rich came and collected my bike rather than me having to get a recovery truck,i later found out one of the mechanics didnt reconnect a pipe properly 🤦‍♂️

I told Lee and Jake that i wasnt happy about all the problems i have had with the bike and messing around with recovery trucks and constantly being stranded waiting hours on numerous occassions which shouldnt be happening with a brand new bike and Z's are meant to be built to last.I went back to A and D for a rear wheel change and rode the bike home.When the bike rested for a few hours i checked my new rear wheel tyre pressure and it was reading 28psi instead of 42psi so rode about 1hour 20mins on the A55 to get home on an under inflated tyre 😡.I told paul about this and he apologised to me but its simply not good enough.Its more stuff on top of more stuff and they just dont seem to care at all with my problems aswell as the fact my life was at risk if i had a blow out at 70mph i could of potentially died if the tyre exploded!

The most common cause of a tyre blowout is UNDER INFLATION! An under-inflated tyre will bulge out under your weight, causing it to bounce up and down when driven.This then causes a high level of friction, resulting in heat that weakens the tyre and eventually leads to it bursting which could of killed me especially when i was on the A55 going 70mph to get home on my motorcycle.Its scary to think how i could or would of ended up or what state i would of been in if i lived from a blowout or worse...DIED!I asked Lee if he knows if it was the same mechanic that didnt reconnect my coolant pipe was the same one who done the rear wheel change and he said it was a different person,so thats 2 different mechanics who havent carried out the work properly and 1 risked my life or could of killed me,its shocking these mechanics are working here and carrying out work on peoples motorcycles,to a very poor standard!

I ended up getting my bike back again from A and D and i done 12,800 miles and the engine management light came on again yesterday (20th August 2021) with the error code 62 AGAIN with power and KTRC flashing even though it had been replaced apparently.I rang paul and said i dont want it anymore and part exchanged it for a new one.

I was told by a few A and D staff that its because i live near the sea and could be having problems because of the sea air and or sea water,i rang kawasaki about it and they said it sounds like A and D are just making up excuses and what A and D told me about the sea air/sea water is a load of rubbish and wouldnt affect the bike.I dont ride in the rain,i keep the bike clean,its stored in a CLEAN garage,Japan is an island aswell surrounded by the SEA!I was told from kawasaki ive been told a load of rubbish from A and D.I now have another new 2021 Z900 with the engine light on,i was awaiting a callback for an hour i still havent got and there now closed,they love selling bikes but dont care about customers issues.I wont ever buy a bike from here again they didnt even give me my stock exhaust with the new bike,when i asked Jake on the phone about it he said i can come and collect it,so im meant to drive 1hour 20mins to get it?My advice go elsewhere!

I bought a 2025 Z900 from Bournemouth Kawasaki and recently a 2026 Z1100.Best Kawasaki dealer in the UK sort me out in discount too amd are a real pleasure to deal with and look after you great,A and D do not so honestly do not deal with them.

It is meant to be a joy purchasing a motorcycle whereas A and D has been a nightmare,i know so many people who have had issues with this company and Sally is rude and unprofessional so are alot of staff and the mechanics are shocking and should not be working as mechanics as they nearly cost me my life!!!

Just picked up my new Moto Guzzi from A&D in Denbigh. Fantastic people to deal with. Kept informed on every stage of my purchase, from initial order to pickup. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. I’ve bought over 20 motorcycles from A&D over the years, and I will keep coming back due to their outstanding service.

I have just bought my new Aprilia Tuono V4 from A&D and I couldn't be happier! From the first call with Paul the whole experience has been superb.

I did a trade in of my 2019 MT10 and although the initial book price offer was a bit low they asked me to send over photos and full details of my bike as it wasn't your average bike and we came to an agreement that I was happy with.

Old finance settled, new finance set up and all with absolutely no hassle at all. Super smooth process!

The price I got on my new bike was definitely the cheapest 2025 Tuono in the country and they completed it first service and arranged delivery of my new bike whilst collecting my old bike.

over the process I have dealt with Paul and Sally....lovely people! Professional, friendly and very helpful! Will definitely call in for a coffee when I am up that neck of the woods to meet them in person.

My new bike was delivered this morning at 8am by Stuart from Trojan Transport who again was great! Really nice bloke who kept me up to date throughout the week around collection of my bike to what time he would deliver today. Another example of why buying from A&D was a great choice....they choose the right partners to work with.

Will 100% buy from A&D again!

I went considering changing my motorcycle. The welcome was I suppose as expected (considering I might be spending money), however the extra friendliness and advise was refreshing. No more so than when I explained that I was considering a Chinese bike and they openly gave the dealers name and directions for me to compare it.
I have since been back for a service and asked for some advise which again was very helpful. There is always a smile and genuine enthusiasm to assist.

Always a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the store, everyone is chatty and smiling and more than happy to assist you, the store has that really warm family run business feel to it and there’s a cafe right outside so it’s a nice ride out to grab some breakfast and have a wander around the store.

I recently messaged their Facebook page asking if they stocked larger sizes in the Motogirl range, Conner was incredibly kind in offering to order in any of the Motogirl range in for me in any size I wish. I wasn’t sure what size I was so he ordered me a 24, 26, and a 28 to try on in store to see what fit. I originally asked him to order a 24 or 28 and said I’d try to squeeze into one of them to save them ordering a third pair for me but incredibly thankful and lucky he ordered the 26 because they were the ones that fit and I ended up purchasing! I was served by Kieran who is super friendly, this is the second time I’ve spoke to Kieran in store and he’s always on hand to help any way he can and is very knowledgeable. I briefly spoke to Conner in person who asked if the pants were ok and if I found a pair that fit, I didn’t realise that was Conner at the time otherwise I would have thanked him so much for helping me with this, it was so nice of him to check with me too to see if it worked out!

I have spent months and countless visits to multiple stores trying on pants but being a plus size female, biker ranges typically don’t cater to us unless we want to go down the men’s clothing route. A&D went above and beyond to help me take the first steps to getting on 2 wheels! Now I have the pants my CBT is booked and I can’t wait to visit again once I’m on a bike!

When I was leaving the store a really lovely lady started chatting away to me and it wasn’t until I walked out of the store and realised she didn’t follow me out the door that I assumed she also worked there.

Such a lovely place, well worth the visit and to support a small local business. A fantastic range of Motorbikes on the shop floor from brand new to second hand and I believe they do part exchange on bikes too. When I’m upgrading from the 125cc in the future I’ll go and see A&D first and of course I’ll be stocking up on more clothing in the future from them! :)

I struggle with terrible social anxiety but always walk out of the door with a big smile on my face! 100% recommend!

Thanks again to all the fantastic staff at A and D. Sally and the team were so helpful and patient, always a warm welcome even when very busy. This is my 2nd part exchange and purchase and I am very happy with my Moto Guzzi V100 s.

A&D are an amazing dealership, still family run and nothing seems to be to much trouble. I am now on my fifth bike from A&D and the service I have had from Sally and Paul in sales has been first class, and the service department led by Ceri is great too. I live 50 miles away and am happy to ride past several other dealerships, some offering the same brands to buy from A&D. They really are a rare breed in this age of multibrand mega dealers. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and as a bonus, Sams cafe is right opposite for a great breakfast, lunch or dinner.
