Absolutely rude and unempathetic people!
We booked a helicopter tour on our last day in Vegas. The tour was supposed to start at 1.30 pm and we were supposed to be dropped back at 5.50 pm.We were supposed to fly out of Vegas the same day.
The tour operator cancelled our bookings the same morning saying the spots are already booked and its a system glitche. I mentioned that my credit card payment went through and their website showed availability.
I tried to explain that our vacation will be ruined and we have travelled this far to see Grand Canyon, but the lady didnt seem to care. We were left with no options since it was too late to book with any other tour operator. The lady we spoke to, even hung up the phone on us!
They are absolutely rude and dont seem to care about people. They don't owe up to their faults or try to do something about it!
