Holly!
Holly!! It was ALL her! First the line was very long, yet the people weren't aggravated they were talking with her while she took care of the person in front of her! She was very kind in finding my mother a seat while the lobby was full, even a few of the customers offered! She carries a conversation with all of us being kind and welcoming, the wait doesn't feel as long! So excited to see it's HER working when I come, she relieves anxiety for me! Definitely a special human in our book God did Great creating her and the company is fortunate to have her!
