Advance America - Kokomo - 1812 E. Hoffer St. Opiniones

I had an unexpected expense arise late in the day on a Friday, & these 2 ladies went out of their way to solve my dilemma. I left there with exactly what I needed.
They were patient, kind & courteous, going above & beyond for me! I can't say enough good things about them!

Needed a cash advance. The ladies in the Kokomo Local office are very helpful and pleasant. Everything was explained in an easy to understand way.

Both of the girls are so sweet and friendly. I love going in there just to see there friendly smiles. They make my day

The employees have good customer service and pretty polite sometimes also try to help out when they can I've been working with advance America for a long time.

I never have a complaint at this location. Della is very professional, yet at the yes same time is friendly. She doesn’t make you feel as though you are just a number, getting you in and out is all that matters. She treats her customers as though they are important, they matter. She knows what customer service truly is. And not only Della, but it is how her whole office is. They are good about explaining (especially this new system) as we go through the process to complete our transaction. Della has always been this way and I appreciate that!

Great employees. Would not go anywhere else.

I have been a customer for some time. Always feel like family while there. I like the new system, it makes things so much easier. Always a joy to visit all the wonderful peoples that work there. Awesome as always.
