It seems like no matter what time I try to come to this location it is closed. The hours of operation are clearly printed on the door but it never fails that this store is closed. I see the girl inside and she just gives me a dirty look and points at the closed sign

The young women working in the Ypsilanti, MI office are just so wonderful, patient, kind, intelligent. They are also so sweet to this 75 year old lady I told them to just call me Grandma!!
