Service was great. The girl who helped me was kind and courteous.

Risa was very friendly and she did a great job of explaining the process and other products available.

I enjoyed the service I received today from Advance America. I called before visiting the store and Risa made me feel comfortable just with her positive energy. Her customer service was EVERYTHING 10/10. She was in a great mood, she was informative and she was quick. I will positively be referring this location to others.

My Service Representative was extremely honest...it was the end of my work day - I had to rush getting there, several ATM machines were down, I finally got the money I needed. Once getting to the store location I had totally forgotten I took out extra funds, so I handed over $800+, and she was extremely honest, made me aware of my error and returned the extra funds. In addition she was thorough, patience and friendly.

Very quick and knowledgeably staff.

As usual you clerk made my visit informative and enjoyable, it is the only place where I look forward to paying my bill.

I sometimes have money problems, and you guys are not very flexible when it comes to paying back the loans if I get on a payment plan I feel like if I only have $50 that payday that all I should have to pay that keeps me from borrowing more from you cause you split into 3 payments I can't always afforded that

I love the girls that work there. They are so friendly and always in such a good mood. I really appreciate a place for senior citizens to go for help when you need some help.

She was very good at getting folks in and out. Great in matters and she was very busy. I feel that she should need some help at times when it gets to busy.Maybe follow the hours that hits her hard and put someone else in there to help her. Anyways the area it is in not a good place to be.....have any of you big shots been out to see it? again great service!
