This is my second stent with Advertizip. Definitely a good strategy and lots of bang for your buck. I use the “in progress “leads and use them for mailings. That has been fruitful. I have several leads in progress right now from the direct lead source, that are great prospects who intend to sell. I do have a listing from it as well. I’ve been with them since ZipTitan. Highly Recommend

I paid for the leads and I have had it for 2 months. I have yet to receive any leads that are within 2 hours of me. I have made several complaints and they keep saying the are working on targeting the marketing. Now I am getting leads that are 2500 miles away from me. There leads are horrible and their service is terrible. I would not recommend wasting your money on them.

I’ve been with Advertizip since the start of the year and they have delivered on a very small budget that I had. I have spoken with actual sellers every week from their leads and it has gone well for my business. I have 2-3 potential listings, the people I spoke to were in a 3-6 month time frame and one may be in the next 30 days. I think if you talk to real people it’s worth every dollar, their system is incredible.

Really disappointed. I spent $300 expecting 25-34 listing leads but only got 19. When I contacted customer support, they told me they don’t offer refunds. Definitely a waste of money.

This was unexpected and quite fast. When I started my listing lead campaign, it stated that the timeframe to get my first listing was 5 months due to the budget I assigned. Well, I got that listing in just a month and a half. I like it when I use a service that doesn't make flashy promises but delivers realistic ones and the results exceed your expectations.

I've been using the prime bundle leads. the ROI is decent but honestly dont expect to convert leads right away in the first months. A lot of renter leads come in, and I don't really work with those. The support team says the campaign only really starts to optimize once you get sellers and buyers. the leads are motivated though, with is a good thing. I'm giving 3 stars because they should be clearer about the type and number of leads you'll get. I wasn't expecting so many renters and I don't deal with them.

I like how it works because they not only generate your leads but also teach you how the entire process works, and there's always someone there to help you. I've closed one deal and have a pre-approved buyer in the works, thanks to our buyer leads campaign. I couldn't keep up with all the leads, so I took Dani's advice and used a chatbot for follow ups, instant magic! Even with some curious leads, the last deal alone paid back my $900 budget with profit. All this after just two months with Advertizip

Overall the leads are decent and I get how their capture system works. The team showed me one of their landing pages, and, sure enough, the user literally consents to be contacted. I've stumbled upon a few leads that are less than delightful, but I get it, not every lead will convert even when they've agreed to be contacted. However, I've had a good experience with the ones who do need my services, and I've closed three deals in two months in my first year as an agent.

I haven't closed any deals yet, but I've managed to snag a few appointments that I believe will eventually turn into clients. Perhaps it's because I'm quite the chatterbox haha! I've actually enjoyed the majority of leads' reactions to my calls, though there's always the occasional grump but hey, that's just the way the cookie crumbles in this industry right? The support I've received has been top-notch especially from Dani, whom I spoke to over the phone. Loved how they laid out the service and clarified all my doubts before diving in. I'll save my full review for later once I've sealed the deal with one of my appointments

I ve been using Advertizip for a few months now. Initially my experience wasn't great however I spoke with Dani, one of their lead gen experts, and her advice sounded like any other company "increase your budget". I decided to give her a vote of confidence because I needed new clients and after that I started receiving a significant number of leads and even booked 9 appointments in the first month. Out of those appointments I closed 4 deals. The return has been exceptional. However they should update their minimum budget to avoid confusion. Another thing, they helped me to set up the a2p campaign to use the sms service but documentation is lacking

Here is my honest review… I give Advertizip 4 stars because there is a lack of documentation on their platform, however, this is totally compensated by the customer service I have received. I spoke with Dani before starting the subscription because I had my doubts, but I appreciate that there is phone support. They even helped me in real-time to register my A2P campaign to send SMS and use the chatbot. I have tried doing this in other apps and almost got so frustrated that I wanted to give up trying. On the other hand, the Prime Bundle Campaign works magically well. I have a $1300 per month campaign, and each lead that comes in is automatically attended by the chatbot. It works so well that I honestly think I no longer need an assistant. It schedules appointments automatically, although I never abandon my way of operating and personally calling my clients. I believe the system, in general, is easy to use.

The Prime bundle leads didn't work in my market. Support let me know that even though the lowest budget to start is $149, they suggest at least $500 per month to start that campaign. They ended up switching the campaign to listing leads. They should be more specific in the app about that prime campaign because I lost some money. I gave them 3 stars because I had a bad experience with the first campaign, but the team offered me a solution and this new listing leads campaign is working for me. I will do another review in the upcoming months.

I love this app! I'm running my own ads and sending my leads to Advertizip, and the chatbot schedules appointments for me. It works like magic, and I didn't need to go to college to learn how to use it. The customer support team recommends that I try their built-in lead generation campaign, which is a done-for-you system designed to be used altogether. I might give it a try in the near future

I signed up for $450 and expected to receive over 20 listing leads, but I ended up with 31 leads in my first month and 38 leads per month overall in the past 3 months. Listing leads come sometimes curious and sometimes super motivated, but as long as I convert some of them Im good. I ve closed 6 deals until now, so 5 stars well deserved

I've been using Advertizip for about a month and a half and overall my experience has been positive. Setting up the chatbot does require a bit of technical know-how and while the onboarding process does guide you through this setup, I made a mistake and had to reach out to support. On the other hand, the leads are quite solid. I've been running a campaign with Prime Bundle Leads and haven't closed any deals yet, but I've got quite a few appointments lined up, which is a good sign. I'll be back to provide another review after some time to share my long term experience.

I'm happy with the leads, but sometimes the minimum budget just doesn't cut it. I had a bit of a budget drain at the start. Tech support mentioned that in some areas, even though the leads are cheap, the ads won't show up because Google notices the budget is too low. I decided to bump my budget up to $350 a month in my second month. After that, everything went smoothly, and now I've increased it to $600 because I managed to convert some clients and my ROI was really good, even considering the initial loss. On another note, I really like the other tools the platform offers. Setting up your chatbot to start a conversation with each new lead is one of the best features I've used. It's been generating appointments without me even being there. I totally recommend this service.

Thank god I found you guys, I’ve tried like 8 lead generation services was about to give up on this kind of source. Ever since I started using Advertizip I can think about growing even more. My ROI is pretty good. No complaints here.

The leads are exactly what I was looking for. I found them through an ad that claimed their leads answer the phone and want help from a realtor. And it's true! Not all leads are like that, of course - you'll always get some curious ones who fill out the form. But 70% of the leads I've received actually want to talk, and many have scheduled appointments. I've already closed six buyer leads since starting with them, and I have appointments lined up for this month and the next. Advertizip has been a game-changer for my business!

Just love it. I started using the free plan just to manage my own leads and now I'm using the basic automation and marketing plan. I really like how simple it is to send emails to my leads and assign follow-ups automatically. So, I wondered how good their leads would be... and they are the most motivated ones I've paid for and I think I'll stay here for a while. I've already closed 3 deals since March. I think the best part of all is its simplicity, very easy to use. My only complaint is that the leads take a bit of time to come in at the beginning. Once you receive the first ones, the others start to come in faster

I started with a buyer leads campaign, but most of the leads were just window-shopping. So, I switched gears to a prime bundle leads campaign, and it's paying off big time. Closed a deal with a buyer, got three appointments lined up with potential buyers, and another one with a homeowner who's looking to list after some touch-ups for a better price. Can't complain about this past month. Plus, the platform has solid tools for lead management.
