Placed order and paid 2 weeks ago, order still not despatched let alone delivered !

I have ordered yeast a couple of weeks ago, and nothing happends. Last time I got the order in a few days.

Packaging needs addressing,several times the vacuum has failed on the yeast to which I will not use for issues of quality.

Easy ordering.

The sales team are very responsive and keen to allow you to try new peroducts. The shipping process is very efficient. I didn't give a full 5 stars as the shipping times are a little slow (overseas shipping) and unless you order in bulk, the shipping costs are quite high.
