I had an engineer come to my house to give me a quote for putting sky cables into two bedrooms it turns out that I already had the existing cables they just needed to be fed through the wall from one bedroom to the other. The engineer whose name was Darren Gearey gave me a good quote which I accepted and he did the work immediately. He drilled through the wall and fed the lead through and he set up my two TV’s for me. Darren was very polite and respectful in my house he was friendly and chatty and did an excellent job I would definitely recommend this company especially Darren.

I lost all TV reception on Friday evening. Went to their website 9am Saturday morning and explained my problem. Was contacted within 30 minutes as promised, and a very courteous and competent engineer was with me by 12:30. The problem was diagnosed and a new part fitted by 1 o'clock. The charge was very reasonable.

Didn’t turn up first time when booked day off work. Rude engineer who tried charging me supplies for my cctv which wasn’t needed and set a price of £510. However been told wasn’t needed for wheatgerproof boxes and cost £100 to fit

Just had Ashley from aerialforce to replace tv aerial and put in cables to three rooms. Excellent advice and service from knowledgeable and skillful installer. Performed tasks professionally and courteously. Both Ashley and Aerialforce did exactly what they offered and when they said they would. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Very efficient service that exceeded our expectations. After being let down by a local company, chasing and promising to call back to move our aerial from inside to out. We were blown over by the speed of the call back from Jade, the speed of the visit to give us a quote and the professionalism, patience, quality of service, and cost we had from Shaun the engineer and Lewis. All sorted from my request to Shaun and Lewis leaving in 2 hours and lovely TV reception since. Thank you

I lost nearly all my tv channels after thunder&lightening. After 2.5 days me testing cables, re scan rescanning channels, Gavin from ArielForce called after recommendation.
He came within same day call made with a warning that I would get a call when he is on his way ie. 40mins away. He checked ariel power on the old booster, nil dead. Checked ariel under roof if up to date, it was. Gave an estimated of new Booster box, labour, callout. Good value. He explained everything clearly. 1yr cover. I now have all channels with good quality pictures. So pleased with his work ethnic as he did not say I would need a new ariel when i did not, just new good quality booster. Highly recomend Gavin.

Mo came and sorted out our aerial problems very quickly. He was efficient, courteous and we would highly recommend him.

Turned up on a Saturday afternoon within a few hours of request and did a brilliant job to restore our Sky signal by replacing a broken dish. Service with a smile too. Excellent.

Had Gary out today I needed my cctv installed. I called this morning they arrived within the hour of first contact excellent and professionally done job. I would highly recommend to anyone. He worked like a trooper even in torrential rain.

Ricky St J, came on Mon 30 May to fix my FreeSat dish that had been knocked off line by a falling tree. He quickly assessed the problem and set about fixing it. It was done very quickly and efficiently in a most professional manner.
From NO SIGNAL to full signal and re-tuning returned all my channels.
Very impressed and would definitely recommend Aerialforce and especially Ricky.

A very quick and efficient service, from the phone call setting up the engineer's visit through to the aerial being installed. Communication was good, and the engineer, Raymond, arrived on time, discussed my options and then installed the aerial on the spot. No fuss or drama, just a good job done quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier.

I will definitely recommend this company to anyone whole heartedly. I called via telephone and i received a response immediately and my quote/appointment was scheduled. I received a call informing me that the engineer would be at my house in one hour on my appointment date and he was on time. Otman the engineer is a very nice,humble and respectful gentleman. My TV was wall mounted within 15 minutes and his work was neatly done. I am extremely happy with his work and my TV looks stunning on the wall. I will recommend Otman over and over again.
