The operative did not do any tests on my camera security system stated that it was an expensive system and needed to replace the NVR, and that if this did not sort the problem further investigation would be required. I was quoted over 2 thousand pounds to replace the unit, which was available on Amazon for just over 2 hundred pounds.

I have no confidence in this company as I believe they are not qualified and are simply rip off merchants.

Turned up same day no picture 2men checked Ariel and cable 5 minutes noted amplifier faulty on Ariel and straightend Ariel said it would cost £322 got half hour work as I'm a pensioner that leaves a big hole in my pension it was for my 94 year old mother so had to be done. But £322 is a terrible price for 30 minutes work by any standard if they didn't turn up same day would have given 1 star for price just to let you all know I've paid £30 for someone to come out to check this work. For the same service they would have charged me £236 all in

I have not awarded 5 stars only because the appointments that we received were not honoured on two separate days during which we had to remain at home between 8 -5 (even though the engineer was to ring 30 minutes beforehand, this was hardly enough time to venture out!). When, on the third day and after many phone calls to the office, the engineer eventually came on a Sunday, we were very impressed. Paul was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and solved the problem within a very short period of time. We would also commend Paul the manager in the office who dealt with the issue of failed appointments very sensitively.

However I forgot whilst he was here to ask if he could remove writing nd nos in top right corner of picture which I find annoying,I’m sure it can be removed on settings ,but I had no joy !

Came at time arranged was polite and friendly took his shoes off at the door and hung my tv perfectly made sure it was in the correct position for me. Would definitely recommend

What bad customer service and a very rude member of staff called Faye. Very unprofessional. I called first thing just to confirm the engineer will be attending between 8 and 1 and to clarify the call out charge as any customer would. I was rewarded with pure attitude and a no show from the engineer. Fortunately I found another company who came and carried out the simple task of fitting and setting up my router at a very reasonable price. Being a partner in a local property development company, we will definitely not be utilising this company for any of our projects.

I ended up paying more than double the price I was quoted on the phone. I was hooked via the lower quote and feel cheated. BEWARE and remember to shop around!

Over priced and cameras are rubbish. Even police said recordinggs were very innferior 2 cameras cost 1046 and to havve tv taken off wall and new tv put up using same fittings cost238.80 and my husband haad to help him

The gentleman who came to repair and fit a new aerial was very helpful and informative. The new aerial was fitted very quickly.

I didn’t think it was going to be as expensive but it’s been done quickly and efficiently.

We had our aerial installed in our loft the installer was fantastic got the job done quickly and was very considerate about our freshly laid carpets we have not fully used it as of yet as we have not moved in but did try a tv and everything was working fine after I did a re tune so we hope it’s all good when we do get to use it properly. They were not the cheapest to install but overall happy with things so far

I have been using this company for years and always deliver a good service . Helpful and explain what needs doing as they go along. Respectful of your property if need to move anything.

From my experience with these guys I was very satisfied, very quick from initial enquiry to visit, explanation of my needs seemed sensible and the agreed price seemed reasonable to me, the work has been done to a good standard and the engineer that arrived and did the work was polite, affable and seemed knowledgeable.
