Well Deaigned but some changes needed
The product is well designed but there are a couple improvements needed. The umbrella bracket where it attaches only has the serrated notches on one side so the umbrella is not securely attached and moves around which annoying. The brake is not adequate to slow down on a sloped surface. The lowest speed setting is too fast for walking and requires constant on-off to maintain a smooth walking pace.
The battery placement redesign is a huge improvement but I bought my unit about 2 months prior to the change.
Overall, the unit performs pretty well and I would recommend buying it provided the above suggestions are made.
Communication and customer support are excellent.
