Excellent service. Prompt and efficient!

Ordered 2 works, one of which turned out to be no longer available, significant delay in dispatch from the gallery. Email and telephone enquiry yielded little response other than "we are checking with the gallery" Credited card was debited with full amount even though picture was no longer for sale. Was refunded when I chased it up but not impressed. At time of writing art work has not yet been delivered

I purchased works from three separate galleries in the UK. Two, using DHL and Parcelforce, were delivered to Hong Kong within a few days. The third used Parcel2Go. With the tracking number supplied it was not possible to track the parcel after it left the UK and after 15 days I was notified that it had been 'returned to sender', apparently because it did not have a destination country. All three parcels had been addressed to Hong Kong SAR, China.

Impressed by the range of original art available. Delighted with our choice.

It is what it says in the title: lots of affordable art. You can choose between prints, paintings, drawings, etc and they really are affordable. I choose 4 prints and paintings, they have been courier delivered and very well wrapped.

Refreshingly straightforward process, zero complaints with any aspect of making an order. Everything you need to know about a piece is displayed to you up front, ordering is a snap, and the invoice was sent promptly. It's a bit of a shame you can't view art on the way if you bought the only copy, as it's prompty delisted, and your order page only gives you the thumbnail, but this is an extremely minor gripe in an otherwise great system.

We have purchased two original paintings from Affordable Art Fair and both were already sold. One we got the money back for in a quick and seamless process and the other we worked with the gallery and had a similar painting commissioned at no additional cost. Not the most straightforward process, but we've got some pretty art for the wall and would buy again.
