Great customer service! When my screen first arrived it fit the window perfectly but the mounting hardware was mounted on the wrong sides (basically built 90-degrees off). After reaching out to the customer service team, they responded the next business day and had already started working on a replacement screen. It arrived a short time later and fits perfect. Yes there was a little delay due to being built twice, but clearly a company that stands by their product and ensures that their customers receive a quality screen that meets their needs. Highly recommend them again!

I ordered cut frame pieces and internal metal corners to put solar screens on all my windows. I ordered spline and screen material from big orange as they were slightly cheaper and had the lengths I needed.

They accidently gave me a larger size frame than I ordered, which meant the internal corners did not fit. I called to let them know and they immediately sent me the correct (and upgraded) internal corners at no cost. Customer service was great.

Material quality was good, couldn't ask for better. Shipping price was high, but obviously this is not the seller's fault.

what can you say they had the product and I needed it speedy delivery

I would have given you 5 stars as the product is great. The delivery with Fed Ex was horrible. We were home and left multiple notes about them calling our cell phones and they didn't. There were 3-4 "failed" delivery attempts. We tried called the FedEx 800 number to no avail. Finally we happened to run into a FedEx driver (not ours) at Walgreens and she assured us that she would take care of it.

I think the problem was a signature requirement which is really unnecessary as we have had alot more valuable things delivered without requiring a signature. Anyway, we would like to order again from you AND we are nervous about doing it due to the problems we had with delivery.

Product was exactly what we have been needing for years to replace old damaged custom screens. The online measuring instructions removed the margin of error. The screens are high quality. Although the shipping wasn't next day like our society demands, these are custom made products with fine workmanship... their website time frame was spot on. No question marks on this experience. I will be back if ever we need more screens replaced. Thank you!

Delivery was a little longer than I,d hoped but three weeks isn't that bad. The door fit perfectly and the quality was excellent.

I was sent the wrong product as my order number was similar to another order. My order will not be delivered til 7/7. I hope the dimensions I provided for the screen show in the final product.

They had a product that all home improvement store stopped stocking. Shipment was receive x in great shape.

While price of door was good, the shipping was way too high.

I have been ordering my house screens from Affordable screens for years! They are superior! They fit and quality products. Plus the packaging is very well done for screens to arrive in excellent condition!

Product is good at an affordable price. Takes a couple of weeks to get the screens delivered.

The screen is of great quality and the delivery was very good. Like everything else, the price is very high from last year's price.

Overall, I’m satisfied. My only suggestion is to cut clean some threads hanging at the edge of the screen (rubber strip canal).

The screen door I ordered arrived, undamaged, in a wonderfully packaged enclosure comprised of a wooden protective frame enclosed in a heavy cardboard custom made box. Best of all, the screen frame was constructed exactly to the measurements specified in my purchase order. The new door fit perfectly into the existing door frame.

Timely delivery. Top quality!! A fair price.
