Over the last 5 years I have hired several vans and cars from Afford at Fenton, staff are always courteous and cheerful with a great range of vehicles. Often upgraded for no extra charge depending on availability of the vehicle I originally required all vehicles have been spotless and had a good amount of fuel in at the start ( unlike some places where it’s a race to get fuel).

They claimed I neglected to refuel the van prior to returning it. However, I definitely did.

Very highly priced and no fuel in the car when collected so was very expensive but the staff were lovely and very helpful

the quality of the van was excellent less than a year old vgc , they for filled the requested time slot and vehicle request the price was comfortable enough over a week to allow me to move my furniture with much less stress than a more time constrained hire, the attitude of the staff is good and professional, overall i say they get 10/10 thanks
