Great experience with The Out. Everything was smooth from start to finish – very easy process and excellent service. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole rental straightforward. The car was in great condition and exactly as expected.
I will definitely be using The Out again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience using The Out for my recent car hire. The whole process from booking to collection was smooth, straightforward, and very well organised. The platform itself is easy to use, with clear information and great communication throughout.
I hired a Defender 90, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The car was in immaculate condition, beautifully presented, and drove like a dream. It had the perfect balance of luxury and ruggedness, making it ideal for both city driving and longer journeys. You can tell they really take care of the vehicles they offer.
What stood out most was the level of service. Everything felt premium and hassle-free, from the handover to the return. It’s clear that customer experience is a big priority for them.
I’d definitely recommend The Out to anyone looking for a unique and high-quality car hire experience, and I’ll 100% be using them again.

Scammers
Scammers! Took the deposit!
But didn’t deliver the car. Asking us to rebook again. With a new deposit. Because my address on my driving license is different to my new billing address. Never heard of such policy. The they only had supprt chat. You cannot call them. And they end the conversation without trying to help. They answer like their are bots.

Super convienient service
Super convienient service. We live in london and don't need a big car most of the time. When we occasionally want to go on a big trip this works well. They deliver the car to your house when they say they will and pick it up on time too. You done even need to fill it with petrol. Works out a lot cheaper than owning a land rover even if you use it once a month.
