All time i use to buy from afinilexpress.com, but it is now sad time for me when to placing order with them because there have been close down. i feel very sad there been close now, there provide some there vendor website with ext .af but i dont see them as legitimate like you. But when i was surfing i come across website pharma.moda which provide me the same product, same quality but less price and fast shipping . there payment option is great no bitcoin. but it is sad that afinil close down

Paid with credit card, no confirmation - I have ordered before and hence trust that they will do something. I am still hopeful that is is just hickup and will revise rating as soon as I get something from them. I have been ordering for many times, this is the first time.

Update: Got a reply from adifinil express later in the afternoon. Its all good. Very reliable.

Great company.

I ordered a batch of products a few weeks ago and granted they did mistakenly send me less than I ordered and paid for, however, after a week they sent me the original amount I ordered.

This was easily resolved through emailing the customer service team who are amazing! The responses are so quick and they deal with problems instantly. The products are amazing, very cheap (esp with bitcoin) and seeing as they are based in India the delivery times are extremely reasonable.

Honestly can't fault them, will 100% be returning.

The Afinilexpress website I found very intuitive and easy to use. It has automatic shipping email updates and this cool shipping map that shows you day by day as your product is getting closer to your house.

I ordered from this site a few times over a couple of years. For the last six months there’s so many issues paying by credit/debit card. As another reviewer mentioned, they try and get you to pay by bitcoin.
Every reply says the same - they give you a false reason for non-payment, no matter how many times you try.

With SO many scams out there.....( buydiscountmeds.com) I was VERY skeptical!!!!!!
However.... when I asked a question, they were always prompt in response, EVERY time!
I received exactly what I paid for! Legitimate company! Great service! Will definitely order from them again!!!!!!

It looks like it's a scam to me. I paid with credit card two days ago, and I never received any confirmation email or tracking number. That's why I rate it one star. If I get my product, I will be back to edit my review.

Edit: I finally received my package from Afinil, and It definitely not a scam. Even after a long time waiting.

I ordered with them the Friday before Christmas. I emailed them Saturday about not having received confirmation, and heard back on Monday with confirmation and tracking info. Guess there support team takes weekends off or they were busy with Christmas shopping lol. I used bitcoin and got a nice discount. My order took about 2 weeks but half of that was spent in customs. I'd say the company does their part when it comes to fast shipping. This is my 2nd time ordering with them and I plan to keep on using them.

I put in an order but havnt received confirmation email and havnt heard back yet, although the money has been taken out of my account!!! I better hear back!!

I've shopped with AfinilExpress quite a few times now. So far I have received shipment every time. They do their part as far as shipping the product within 1 business day. There's a lot of things that can happen before you receive your item. That is completely not in the hands of the seller. Roh had excellent customer support. And he had answered a lot of my rhetorical questions. I had no issue with communication. All questions were answered less than 24 hours. If you're a returning customer you can get an additional 10% off using your old order number. There's quite a few other discounts you can stack by using cryptocurrency. Best of all shipping is free. I did also experience difficulty with email confirmation of my order. But after speaking with customer support it was quickly addressed. However, in the past this has not happened. This seems it's a ongoing issue according to the other reviews here. As far as the product that can all depend on the batch you receive.

Paid Via credit card: 48hrs later; no email confirmation, not one word. these guys a scammers! AVOID THEM

I paid last night by credit card, my card has been debited but I have not received a confirmation email ( as they state on their website ) more than 24 hours later. I am still hoping this is legit. If I am wrong I will review again.

They do not ship it directly to russia. They recommended me to get skypax suite in UK and then forward it to Russia.
I made order to skypax but package stuck at parcelhouse. I asked them and they made reshipment. And it stuck again.
Then they offered me refund. I agreed and got my money back next day.
(I paid with btc and got refund with btc.)
Despite to written above I can say that at least this site is not scam.

Ive had a bad experience with afinilexpress. I accidentally placed my order twice (as they don't provide confirmation of order) and after speaking with Roh (who runs the support email address), he told me that we would provide me a refund on one of the orders. I waited over a month and nothing came back into my bank account. I kept emailing him and he said "sometimes there are issues with refunds. Send me your bitcoin wallet ID and I will send the refund there". Once I provided the wallet ID, my emails are getting ignored.
These guys are scum. Do not use them.
