Sometimes their customer service people behave like their brains are on vacation in another continent 🌍😂 Common sense occasionally goes missing and you might need to remind them that you're dealing with your own money not applying for a bank loan from the World Bank🤣
But one thing I can say is that your funds are safe....
Just be patient keep some holy water nearby say a few powerful prayers 🙏 and prepare for a little unnecessary drama. 😂

I tried to send money to the United States from Canada for the first time. Initially, the transaction did not go through, but I waited and also messaged the Customer service team. Then I tried again, and it went through. The team got back to my request in a reasonable, timely manner.

I have been facing difficulties…
I have been facing difficulties resolving a transaction issues for $1000 since Sept. 9, 2026. My US bank, Santander confirmed that the $1000 was sent to Lead Bank that I use to fund my Africhange account. Email communication through your team support is a nightmare. We have been sending emails back and forth without any resolution. It would be better and straightforward if Africhange can have a contact phone number for easier conversation.
I am updating my previous review to 4.2 stars because my transaction issue has been fully resolved. I had a complex, delayed $1,000 transfer from September 9th that got stuck between my sending bank and their partner bank, Lead Bank.
While the initial email communication took longer than expected, once the issue was properly escalated, the support team handled it with absolute diligence, professionalism, and excellent customer service. They took ownership of the tracking process, kept me updated, and manually verified the settlement to ensure my wallet was credited.
The resolution team proved they truly care about their users. I highly appreciate their effort in getting this sorted out! My special thanks to a team member, Emmanuel for constantly reaching out, throughout the process.

Their rates are good and more…
Their rates are good and more competitive in the market, however their transaction times are slow. I will not recommend them as once they have a downtime it takes ages for your transaction to go through and will be on processing for up to 48 hrs. This is very frustrating especially when you need money sent urgently. Their resolution for these pending transaction is also quite crappy. Takes ages to get feedback about the status of your transaction and they keep making excuses about it being from their partners! There are better platforms to be honest, and I will not recommend Africhange.
