My experience with the app has been bad so far with this Africhange, I transferred money from my bank to the app since Saturday but the money took untill this morning to be deposited after several complaints on the app by me. so i deemed it fit that is not a good one for the company

It’s my first time using Africhange and…
It’s my first time using Africhange and it’s been the worst experience. It has taken me two full days to send money out of my account. I don’t know what the issue is really. All I’m just trying to do is pay for my flight ticket and the transaction keeps bouncing back. Once I can get my money out of the app I won’t be using it again.

Better response and follow up
I initially was unimpressed with the help I was rendered by the in app agents, however, the customer service followed up via email and has been super helpful and supportive.
I use Africhange almost every day and will recommend to everyone - Rate and interface is great.
Will give a 5 star when I'm completely satisfied with resolution of my problem which was a wrongful transaction on my part.
