I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way this issue has been handled.
I made a transfer on August 13, and the money has still not been credited to my wallet. I contacted customer service on August 14 through the helpline. Ada transferred me to Fadekemi after asking me to upload my Interac confirmation, which I did immediately.
After being connected to Fadekemi, I was asked for the same information all over again, and I uploaded it again. I have also sent multiple follow-up messages, yet as of August 15, my money is STILL not in my wallet, and I have received no meaningful update or resolution.
This is unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly provide the same proof of payment while my money remains unaccounted for. The lack of communication and urgency is extremely disappointing.
I transferred my money in good faith, and I expect the funds to either be credited to my wallet or a clear explanation of exactly where they are and when I will receive them.
Very poor customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience.

Customer service of this company was very poor and they are not able to help me with my issue
I mistakenly transferred money to Africhange account instead of griffin account since 4 days now I have been calling, texting and emailing but non of the staff are responding. Only email good news on their side not good news for the customer when they get no positive response
