I have booked my items still I have not received it's already 6 days

This duplicate Agarwal service has been one of the worst and most unacceptable experiences I have ever come across. If you value your household goods, peace of mind, and even basic hygiene, avoid this service entirely.
Their handling of my belongings showed complete negligence and zero professionalism as they handled my items carelessly and ended up breaking and damaging several household goods including my washing machine. They demanded exorbitant charges, far higher than any genuine or reputable service provider. The vehicle they sent for transporting my valuables was shockingly filthyfoul-smelling, unclean, and infested. No responsible company would ever send such a vehicle for household items.
When I rightly refused to load my goods into such an unsuitable vehicle, they were rude, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead of correcting the issue, they charged extra money for sending a replacement vehicle - even though the original vehicle was totally unfit for use. This felt like blatant exploitation and an attempt to take advantage of the customer.
Their conduct reflects zero accountability, no customer care, and highly unethical practices. This service is unreliable, unprofessional, and appears to function by misleading customers and overcharging them.
Strongly and unequivocally NOT recommended.
