Only giving 2 stars because food eventually arrived (thanks to FedEx)-otherwise it would be 1* as you can't give 0.
Ordered on 7th, scheduled dd 12th. Arrived a week later (today, 19th). No order confirmation, no update. No email from the carrier, absolutely nothing. Emailed shop, they sent me link with tracking. Missing paperwork at some point with FedEx, emailed shop, they said will sort it, and let me know. They must have sorted it, never updated me tho. I feel like they totally don't care about customers. No Hello or Thank You/Regards in emails, just a sentence. Not even a shop signature in email, very unprofessional.
Very, very poor customer service, will never order again.
