Just be 'aguulp' to Green
I eventually tried Aguulp after seeing Professor Green recommend it. I had a massive flare up of my IBS, 3 days after taking it, the pain went away and I eventually had a normal poo!! I am going to also order the Immunity support one to go alongside it too.

Smell & taste….
I don’t really feel I can give this a proper and fair review based on its effectiveness because the smell and taste is so utterly foul.
I’ve tried several ways to take this ranging from mixing with water, into my morning smoothie etc but nothing works! The moment I’ve swallowed it I feel queasy and am quickly met with the product being thrown back up.
I really wanted to love this because the concept is brilliant.
I would absolutely give it another shot if there was a new/improved taste.

The gut supplement is great
The gut supplement is great, I feel a real improvement in how comfortable I am, but unfortunately it hasn't enabled me to add anything extra in to my diet, that I have previously avoided. Communication has been a bit slow, but Aguulp has apologised for that and given me a free 7day trial of the brain supplement to say sorry. Very good product!

My son hasn't continued taking these regularly, so I can't say they have been helping him recently. But I do think they helped him initially. He still takes them randomly. I think they help.

Great product, poor service
I have ordered from Aguulp now for over a year. The Prebiotic sachets do really help my stomach pain !
However they need to invest in better systems and processes for their order processing and delivery methods. Every order I have had an issue with ! From the wrong product being sent, late delivery, no delivery, even apparently failed delivery as my address wasn’t a match even though they have delivered to me here several times before.
They are a great start up brand with a nice product however the service is abit sloppy ! Time to step it up guys 👍

I have been suffering with IBD for over…
I have been suffering with IBD for over a year now, this has effected my well-being, mental health and motivation. Another problem I suffered with is headaches which I’m told is caused by stress. I bought a packet of guy Aguulp from Boots yesterday and tried one straight away. Within a few hours my guy felt almost normal again. No dull aches and the tenderness lessened.
This morning I woke up with no headache, no stomach pains and was a bit more energetic😊 I’m going to continue taking Aguulp fir the rest of the month and will let you know how I’m doing. Fingers crossed it’s a great start to a new year!

Fab service but taste needs working on 👍🏼
Ordered a monthly subscription for the guy health sachets, but two orders were taken by mistake. They were very quick to respond to my email, they cancelled one of the subscriptions and raise a refund. The delivery was super quick!!
The sachets are easy to open and packaging is great….however, the taste. Oh my word, they are absolutely horrendous and difficult to get down. If you mix the sachet with half a glass of cold water it’s easier to get down. I’m going to keep trying them and hope I get used to the taste. Let’s hope for some good results in a few months 👍🏼👍🏼

Good idea, poor taste execution
Me and my Gf both ordered a double pack (Recovery and Brain for me and Brain and Gut for her). After taking them for about a week we couldn't take the horrendous taste anymore, the mint and unflavoured version made us both feel sick, the flavour is vile, we have now just binned them (such as waste of money). I am continuing on with the recovery one as the orange is just about palatable, but does still not taste great.
Also not seeing too much of an impact from the recovery, compared to what i usually feel after taking recovery shakes, so wouldn't use these as an alternative in the future

Hi Donald, sorry to hear that you don't feel as though the product had an effect on your gut health. Each person's microbiome is extremely different and will respond differently to external factors such as supplements or food. Prebiotics are also more effective when taken consistently over a long period of time- some people notice benefits straight off the bat, some may take some weeks and others like yourself might not even at all. Good service. It works. But it doesn’t taste great.
The service is great and the additional tips and advice as well. The product has really worked for me but I must admit I don’t really like the taste. Still worth it though.

Hi Mike. We understand that the taste may not be for everyone, some people actually enjoy it while others do not although we can assure you that we do not have any added sugar in our products and all of our flavourings are natural. I would recommend trying the product mixed with water to dilute the taste if it isn't a taste that you can get down, or even try stirring into a smoothie (do not blend, as this interferes with the liposomal technology that makes the products so efficient!). I completely love the concept. I have the Brain and immunity sachets .I have only taken them for two weeks so can not comment on their efficacy but the downside for me is the taste. It’s horrid ! But it’s only a gulp so will power through .
