Hi there. Aguulp for Brain, Recovery and Sleep are all suitable for vegetarians. Aguulp for Immunity and Gut both contain Omega-3 derived from fish oil so these are not suitable for vegetarians. A great product that has definitely helped with my stomach problems. It forms a really key part of ongoing managing it, alongside considering food being eaten, sleep and managing stress levels. But I have definitely noticed some improvement in my bloating and cramps.

So far, so bad.
I'd love to tell you how good the product is, but it's almost been a month since I made my purchase and I've yet to receive my order! You can only contact the team via email which is super frustrating. Not the customer service or experience I was hoping for.

I really want to be positive but…
I really want to be positive - so I’ll start by saying that I do think the gut sachets made a difference and helped me. BUT the sachets are impossible to open without scissors and mess everywhere - not ideal when you’re busy or not at home. Also, they taste vile. Really, truly disgusting. I have to mix with something flavoured and even then it’s a struggle. For these reasons I am sad to say I will not repurchase.

Still taking money after cancellation!
Webiste was glitching when I tried to place my first order, never received any confirmation emails to say an order had gone through, then inadvertently ended up with a one off order and subscription. Cancelled the subscription immediately when I realised what had happened, yet they have again taken payment this month for something I categorically do not want! Double checked my account and it definitely says subscription is cancelled. Ridiculous that there is no telephone number to speak to someone about this!

Massive improvement in IBS symptoms
I've had IBS for 13 years but since taking the gut supplements I've not had a flare up at all! which is life changing!
I have had issues with ordering with duplicates going through and being double charged and one time one of the sachets was damaged so all of the rest were a bit sticky! I would also agree sometimes they're difficult to open without scissors so maybe that can be looked into.
However, I don't mind any of these hiccups as it works so well for me, thinking of trying the brain sachets next as i've been suffering with Long Covid and hope they might help with the brain fog! I also wonder if there are any plans to ship to Australia as Im hoping to move there next year !

Big difference within 2 days
I tried brain Aguulp after feeling anxious, overwhelmed and tired. I’d not have major change with using the one for the gut, but I thought it could support me as well as changing some of my life style. I honestly felt the difference within the first two days of taking it. I felt calmer, more focused and I can honestly say I haven’t felt anxious since! I’m truly blown away. I’ve never tried lemon balm as a supplement so not sure if that’s the game changer. But I’d really recommend for anybody feeling a bit frazzled and with brain fog or anxiety.

Never received.. I sent an email stating that once posted by aguulp it seems to have been lost, no answer, another email, no answer, so no product, no refund, money gone, zero results.. Very disappointed

Disappointing
I find them really tricky to open without scissors (so not very portable) and they taste pretty horrible I’m afraid. A bit disappointing having bought such a quantity of them.
Update following reply from Aguulp: for me the whole point of this product was portability and ease of use. If I have to dilute it or add it to something else to make it taste acceptable then you’ve lost your USP. And which company brings a product to market which they know some people can’t bear to drink?

We've found that the flavours are very subjective where some people absolutely love them, but some people aren't huge fans. However, despite this, we can safely say they do not hold back on their benefits! We like to suggest to our customers who don't particularly enjoy the taste or find them a bit too concentrated, to try mixing them with water or even stirring into a smoothie. We'd definitely recommend giving that a go and let us know how you get on. Delivery was awful, took 5 days longer than it should have. When I finally received my delivery I tried a sachet of the product and it tasted awful, truly vile! I purchased 30 sachets and 29 went straight in the bin.

The taste is not for everyone! (like marmite, some people love it- some people hate it) Some customers like to take theirs by diluting it with water or stirring into a smoothie. Since each sachet is so vitamin and nutrient dense, we do believe that it makes it all worthwhile so it is a shame to hear that you threw 29 sachets in the bin!

I’ve been taking aguulp for a while and…
I’ve been taking aguulp for a while and love it. Recently for some reason I hadn’t been taking it as regular (probably because I didn’t want to wait 30 mins after taking it to drink my coffee in the morning, impatient I know) and I noticed I was getting stomach cramps and wind (sorry for too much info!) so I started taking it again most days. Since then, I feel so much better (I started to worry I had a serious medical problem )

Great product
Great product, complete surprise, had never heard of it til I stumbled across it but the fibre content makes a big difference. Easy to take and palatable. Some opening instructions might have helped...got very sticky on the first couple of attempts. Bit dumb of me but still..!
